I stayed at this resort for 3 nights and I can honestly say that this has been one of the best experiences of my life. The overall resort is beautiful and the beach is amazing. The food was amazing. The market cafe (resort buffet), El Patio restaurant, Coco cafe, and himitsu were all great. The room was nice and well maintained by the staff. The staff were very welcoming and attentive the entire stay. I am definitely coming back here.

For it being our first All Inclusive we very much so enjoyed ourselves! Most of the staff was incredibly friendly and kind. We didn't really get the best out of our “butler” as other people in the resort did, but we didn’t need him so it was fine. The atmosphere was fun and relaxing. I wish I could have found the crepe station!!

Not Luxury – Disappointing Stay Secrets Cap Cana was a huge letdown. Both rooms we were given had an overpowering mold smell, and it took over two hours the next morning for Kerlin at the front desk to get us a room that was tolerable—though his service was unhelpful throughout. Cleanliness was lacking (hair in sink, wrong pillows, no disinfecting wipes). The only bright spot was Felix, who was amazing during booking and went above and beyond. For true luxury, skip this place and go to Sanctuary Cap Cana instead.

The stay was amazing. The staff was very attentive and the shows every night were spectacular. Lots of options for lunch and dinner which is great. The pool was fantastic along with the beach. Overall it was a very relaxing stay at Secrets Cap Cana.
