There was a drink menu which was the same at all places however when I asked for one of the drinks the staff appeared clueless. If Tips were expected jars should have been displayed. The Valley food and service were especially lacking.

Service was terrible. Staff was not the friendliest. Housekeeping was awful and 3 days in a row they left us with no towels. Each time I had to call it took over an hour to get some. Room service food was not good, Buffett was ok. Good was pretty good at the restaurants. Drinks were not great. They wouldn’t bring vodka to the room as a request which other resorts I have stayed at do. Resort doesn’t offer a lot of amenities. Water park is super small. Would not recommend or go back.

couple of items to note - we were a group of 16 during a busy holiday (12/28-1/6) - the grounds are beautiful and extremely clean - most of our rooms smelled like mildew - the buffet food was plentiful with many options but average to below average in taste and quality; many options were either mis-labeled or not defined - a la carte restaurants quality was better than buffet, but it was difficult to impossible to get reservations (exanple - I attempted a reservation through the app after we checked in on our 1st day for 2 people. The Italian restaurant did not any availability for 3 days past the end of our stay). - the restauarnts did their best to accomodate our large group when we took the additional time during the day to speak to a person at the restaurant. The prcess should be conveneient, not waste my time - extremely difficult to get pool chairs because many piggish people reserve with towels but do not use. Te facility needs some type of regulation that needs to govern the behavior - chairs on the beach should be plentiful - impossible to find chairs unless you paid an attendant or stole from someone who had reserved chairs - beach had a lot of seaweed - entertainment outside of bars/pubs was minimal - why does the sports bar not have food? - some of the amenities listed were not included as all inclusive (ex: bowling, virtual reality were extra)

It is still a very beautiful resort, and we have been visiting since it first opened in 2019. This was our fifth consecutive visit. Unfortunately, this time the room condition did not meet expectations. We had no hot water until our final day, the shower drained very poorly, the room had unpleasant odors, and several cabinets were broken. The resort itself remains lovely, but the rooms clearly require better maintenance and upkeep.

You could have staff not come over and ask for great ratings so they get tips or bonuses when they get a good review, you could ask them to not come over and ask for tips or we’re sitting at the bar having a drink. And you can make more timeslots available for restaurants so that you have the opportunity to book 6 restaurants when you have six nights day or seven nights stay and not eat buffet every night. One of the reasons we chose that destination of Loson is because it had a lot of restaurants. What a shame you can’t make any reservations when you get there because they’re all taken.

I’m breaking this review down into categories to help families better plan their trip. Hotel Accommodations – ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The rooms are very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. Overall, the accommodations feel truly five-star. Family-Friendly – ⭐⭐ Although the hotel advertises itself as family-friendly, it did not meet expectations. The water park is very small, located far from the main areas, and the water is uncomfortably cold. There are also very limited chairs available for parents, which makes it inconvenient. Pools – ⭐⭐ The property has many pools, but unfortunately, the water in all of them was extremely cold. There are no jacuzzis anywhere on the property, which was disappointing. Food – ⭐⭐⭐ The buffet food was mediocre—acceptable, but not impressive. On the other hand, the specialty restaurants offered very good food; however, securing reservations was extremely difficult. Staff – ⭐⭐ Most staff members were not particularly friendly, and the overall service quality was below expectations. Wi-Fi – ⭐ The hotel Wi-Fi is very poor. If reliable internet access is important to you, this is something to seriously consider before booking.

Overall our family of 4 loved our stay. The staff clearly works hard and long hours. I would say due to increased people staying that the staff at the buffet and restaurants had a harder time keeping up with the volume of needs. The resort was very clean, staff was very friendly and food options were plenty.
