It took forever to get to the room with a maze of stairs, hallways and elevators, I am not sure how an elderly person can do all this walking. I am not that old and ended up having foot sores on my feet from so much walking. I tried calling the front reception just to find out our phones were not working so I had to walk back through the maze to the front just to be told there are no more rooms available and to come back In the morning to talk to the supervisor. After we got settled into our new room, the safe was not working, and our power went out 2x times throughout the week where we had to call in for electrician service. Our TV was also not working. We are a family of 3 with a 10 year old boy. You advertise a big open beach, but when we got there it was marked off with a rope and boats were all over the place very close so basically we are swimming in dirty water full of boat gas. The hotel is beautiful but poorly managed, had nothing to do at night or during the day. The "Kids" club was empty the teens club he was not allowed in since its 12+. How can a hotel this size and for the money we pay have such bad management? There were clearly places for entertainment which were empty. As for the cherry on top on Tuesday I got food poisoning and had a fever tuesday, wednesday and thurday. My husband could not find the most basic chicken soup and bring to my room as they don't allow you to take the kitchen dishes anywhere. There was no chicken soup.

Overall beautiful property . First impression was not impressed with the quality of service as we were provided a room that was not cleaned prior to us checking in. This provided a dissatisfying first impression as a guest .Odor of mildew within the hotel and hotel room was off putting. Expected a better experience

This property is amazing. Amazing staff. Specially Hansel Piantini from the Italian Restaurant Gondola. He went above and beyond to meet our needs in avery way possible. I HIGHLY recommend this all inclusive resort. We celebrated our son 2nd birthday and we had a blast. Kids area outstanding Amazing food, amazing entertainment, amazing everything. Our family has no complaints at all. Keep up the good work Lopesan. Definitely coming back.

While the rooms and showers were absolutely top-notch—clean, spacious, and beautifully designed—the dining experience left much to be desired. We found ourselves eating the same food every day, and unfortunately, it was consistently cold. The drinks were also watered down, which added to our frustration. For a resort of this caliber, we expected better variety and quality in the food and beverage offerings. That said, the resort itself is stunning and has great potential. With improvements to the dining experience, it could truly be a five-star destination.

GREAT solo trip! 3 days was not enough time for me to truly enjoy the resort. They had sooo much to offer. I wasn’t able to try every restaurant on the resort but the food in every place i did try was 10/10 ‼️ the only con was the wait time for the food at the specialty restaurants. It was really good but takes forever to come out. My shower started to flood my room but maintenance and housekeeping came about 30 minutes later to rectify the situation. You need a full day to explore the resort to be honest so that you don’t rob yourself of the entire experience they have to offer. The SPA IS AN EASY 1000/10 ‼️the service was AMAZINGGGGGG !!! The beach was clean, the pools were out of this world. The adult only areas were peaceful. The rooms were super clean and restocked daily. I literally can’t wait to come back with my family next year. I’ll be posting my full experience on my TikTok @anointedlocs

The front lobby staff are helpful but not too friendly. My room had a humid smell. The hotel is big but poorly signage to follow easy to get lost and you have to walk a lot.
