Very quiet and relaxing overall. Friendly staff and clean pool area on adults only side. The rooms on the adults only side could use some updating but they were clean so no issues there. Food options were limited on adults only side but made up for it on the family side.

We came with another couple. Our room was fine. Other couple struggled with plumbing that was not resolved after the second time I went to the front to complain about it. Did not get any new towels when I asked for them especially when they cleaned the room. Spa was great. Food was really good. Ocean and pool were fantastic.

The premier option is the only way to go. Had a great room with ocean view, easy access to beach, restaurants , and all facilities. Having access to the Grand resort next was a huge plus. Great experience and good value.

overall, it was great. my only complaint is that on the adult side - there was not hype - no entertainment. There was 1 pool party that lasted 1 hour. I was hoping DR would bring the "party" to Punta Cana like Cancun does. My suggestion is to have more lively music. I had to bring my speaker to the pool daily.

The room view was outstanding! The beach was nice but seaweed covered the coastline. As a senior citizen, there was a very significant distance to the closest buffet, entertainment area, and host/concierge office, as well as the pick up spot for local transportation between resorts. One would have thought that with the “Premier” package more attention would have been given to location of the room and its proximity to the resort amenities. With that said, it is a beautiful resort area, the pool is gorgeous, the food was very good and we enjoyed the vacation very much.

We upgraded to Premium -Most of the staff were friendly. We encountered a couple of staff members who weren’t very nice. Our room was very outdated. There was a leak in the ceiling of our shower bad enough for the plaster to fall off. They did fix it immediately after we reported it. So thank you for that! Our concierge Sanyel was very nice ! Overall we enjoyed our vacation but won’t be returning due to the outdated rooms.
