Very nice all around, some souvenir vendors seemed somewhat pushy for a sale, and that was our only downside. Servers in main buffet were amazing and always willing to help. Lots of options for a la cart dinners and all places were amazing.

The separation between different hotels all on the same property, is confusing especially on the beach and at nights when you want to attend performances at the other locations, but unable to get drink or food because you are wearing the wrong bracelet color. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at this very clean and well-organized place.

The resort did not provide me with the free shuttle so I had to book taxi paying $40 each way and total of $120USD as coming in we were on 2 separate flights and going back one.

The events that they hosted every night were amazing. The staff is super kind and attentive. I would say that the rooms could be a bit cleaner. Especially the bathrooms. However, we had an amazing stay. The trolleys to the beach and other locations were very convenient. Any questions we had were answered at the front desk with amazing staff.
