The property was large and pretty the pools felt nice. Staff were mostly friendly. Room was clean for an older resort. Room air didn’t work well was not cool in the room. Mini bar fridge barley room the warm off drinks even ones left in there for days . Buffet does have some awesome almond type croissants. The food is ok at best Callie fine a few things that were really good . Felt dinner buffet was the worst

The place was great . Staff was fun and very helpful. The rooms were not super clean, but clean. The place is a compound!! So many things to do. The buffet at aquamarine was good, the beach lunch buffet as well. Restaurants were ok. MEAT , Fisk Market and Rodizio had views to die for . The rodizio and meat did have the best food, but it wasn’t omg great .. I recommend this place, lots of fun

Overall I had a great stay. I liked that we could use pools and restaurants from the other Príncipe resorts. The food was good. The issue I had was that the trolley drivers were rude. They would ignore people waiting for rides. Once they warm up to you the staff is nice but they should be professional at all times.

The upkeep was incredible. Nice resorts and very friendly staff. Food was pretty good. Room was decently nice. Was nice to be able to walk to the different resorts.

First off my room smelled so musty! The food was not that great, but the saving graces for food were Maiko tepanyaki and Limbo! I can honestly say I have stayed at several Bahia Principe resorts and this was by far my least favorite. I felt like a second class citizen when I walked into the coffee shop to find out we couldn’t even get anything because we had to be privilege. I’ve been privilege at other resorts but never was anyone turned away from a coffee shop!

Great property. I didn't realize how big it was. There are several hotels on the property. Easy to get lost. The map at front desk could be better detailed. But not a deal breaker. After a couple of days. I figured out the layout. My only complaint was transportation to and from the beach. There are trolleys, but they were always full when they got to my stop. Not a big issue. I just walked. Good food. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Outstanding staff!!! I had an AC issue and it was taken care of in a very timely manner. I do have one more complaint. I scheduled a pickup at my room the day I checked out. Well, my pickup was a no show. So I had to walk up to the main lobby with my bags. Not a deal breaker. Will definitely stay here again!!!!

Nos gustó lo grande que es el complejo en general. Es fácil moverse de un hotel a otro y disfrutar cada día de una experiencia diferente. Los restaurantes, muy buenos. El spa en el Punta Cana está a otro nivel.

The rooms were nice, but the bathrooms were not super clean. There was a brown substance above the toilet paper holder in our room and our shower had mould on the shampoo bottle & holder, as well as in the grout in the shower. Also I was covered in bug bites from our trip. Im not sure if they were from the bed or the beach, as my husband did not get bites on him - but definitely made the trip & being home after uncomfortable with the insane amount of itching. The à la carts were not our favourite. The beef dishes felt off. The buffet was wonderful though & preferred that over all the restaurants.

Amazing property! The staff are what make this place a 10/10! everyone was helpful and friendly. Safety is a big deal for me, this place made me feel safe secure. I was able to walk around the property at night, never left unsafe, everything is nicely lit! I would come back.
