I have taken multiple vacations to DR including Punta Cana, however this has been the worse experience my family and I had. The check in process was terrible. Unless you are consider priority check in they will put you in a room with food covered in flies and staff that are competely disorganized and cannot direct you properly. The food can vary depending on your taste buds. For us had no taste and the worst part not well cooked. My 11 year old got food poisoning while staying at this resort and she does not eat sea food. Also let me mention she was served an Alcoholic beverage, fortunately she tasted the sourness and indeed the waiter agreed it had alcohol. All they did was apologize and say the bartender made a mistake. The service was beyond terrible. Everyone gives attitude, they will not serve you unless you ask. We waited for over 15 minutes for water and utensils every single meal. For every breakfast no one even approached our table to ask for beverages, we always had to look for a waiter ad there are plenty of them around yet no one wants the reponsability. Keep in mind we always tip every meal, every drink. The room service was all about just doing your bed. There were dead flies on the walls from the moment we checked in till the moment we checked out. Smeared blood from dead flies on the walls from prior guest. I’m sure if I see it they do to. Every night I will will do a tea for my daughter or coffe for my husband and the coffemachine was never washed.

The infraestructura is nice and beautiful. The service, the how it all Works is perverse and not pleasant at all, is a huge hotel with serious troubles with transportation and Poor attitude of its personnel . I hardly dont recommend it f you have kids, elders, or dissable travelers. The best feature is its waterpark, but again not enough to worth the trouble

My room was delay 2 hours and my bag never got it to my room i went back to the lobby for it. The room didn't got clean up friday i reported nothing hapend but other than that the place is beautyful

Our vacation started terribly. When we arrived the room smelled of harsh disinfect. The toilet didn’t flush and the door to the porch didn’t lock. Also there were screws in the wall where pictures had beef removed. Not very pretty. Things did improve. But nothing got fixed. The adult pool was beautiful. There was plenty of shade and seating. The location was just off the beach and Buffett restaurants. The breakfast and lunch buffet was located just off the beach with a great breeze and ocean view. The buffet food was pretty good variety and the service was excellent. We were a group of 3 couples 55 and older so we really liked the convenience of our rooms. we paid for adult rooms very near the beach pool and Resturant which paid off . The golf cars transports came around very frequently so getting around the property was pretty easy. However we were very bothered when towards the end of our stay a large group of young people arrived for the weekend and Many of these young people thought nothing of bring their loud speakers to the pool and playing their own music as loud as possible. Security was constantly walking around and said nothing to them. We moved our seats several times and finally had to move to the beach. Totally spoiled the 2 day Finally I must say the staff at the resort was amazing. They were very friendly, and the service in each restaurant was excellent. Dinner food was pretty good not great. Italian was our favorite. Try the pizza and lasagna.
