This overall was a good stay. All the staff were very friendly, outgoing, and helpful. I only had one problem where I went to the buffet (World Cafe) my second day staying here and I asked one of the waiters for a bottle of water and she looked irritated as I do speak Spanish and never came back to my table (I wish I remembered her name) , but every other staff member here were the definition of what hospitality stands for. If you’re looking for a more optional resort or more activities than I don’t really recommend. As they host shows at night and activities during the day, but overall the resort is a smaller resort and you only have access to certain areas or pools if you aren’t preferred guest. When it’s busy especially on a Saturday it can become overwhelming trying to find a nice spot for your belongings in the infinity pool area. This past Saturday which was yesterday I literally had to grab towels 3 different times as I sat them in bleachers and enjoyed time in the pool with my family and other guests where just taking them repeatedly. Not the staff fault, but it was annoying as other parents in the pool area should’ve been more considerate as I turned around and seen a younger boy with the towel I had in the bleacher where my belongings were and not a single word was mentioned to the kid by his parents! All restaurants were phenomenal, room service can also be a bit better! My room was very clean, but the toilet tank in the room kept filling even when not in use here!

Amazing resort! I wasn't able to use my resort benefits and such only because I was there for a wedding and with my kids. We were busy, but it was a beautiful hotel and stay! I can't wait to go again with just my husband and me!

Best part was the staff. They allowed us to leave at 5pm. No charge. They gave us a room to shower in before we went no charge. They were completely wonderful to us through our stay. The negative. There phone system. Press delivery for food kept ringing no answer. Front desk kept ringing no answer. Wanted help with the bags pressed bell captain. Kept ringing then went dead. Guys you have to fix this.

Been both to Dreams Macao and Secrets Akumal which are both Hyatt and similar restaurants and amenities. Very similar -All Inclusive but Dreams is family which was needed for this trip! It worked out well and all employees were quite accommodating to all of our needs. Great experience.

We had an excellent stay at Dream Macao! The property was immaculately clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. One of the highlights of our stay was the entertainment crew that ran the activities around the pool. Willian, the entertainer, was absolutely fantastic! He kept our group engaged and made sure we were all having a great time. His energy and enthusiasm were infectious, and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool activities. Overall, we were thoroughly impressed with Dream Macao, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great hotel experience. Five stars isn't enough - we'd give it even more if we could!

Amazing food

The food was outstanding, truly the best I have ever experienced at an all-inclusive resort. The service was exceptional — we were upgraded and received truly amazing treatment from all the waiters and staff. On the downside, the bed was not comfortable, and the air conditioner was quite noisy. Also, from an eco-friendly perspective, it was disappointing that all drinks were served in plastic cups instead of glass.

The service at the slide was great my daughter love the slides, Willy the waiter that was serving myself and family our beverages was excellent. Our last day at the hotel he was off and my daughter miss him the most. He was so kind to myself and family. We can’t not say enough nice things about him. The waiters are all the restaurants were very nice and willing to explain things to us since Spanish isn’t our first language. The lifeguards at all the pools was very attentive and made use everyone was safe.
