You have to upgrade to preferred to REALLY enjoy this property. The property is well maintained, some small issues with the rooms. There are NO room service boxes, so you have to open the door to get room service. The staff and great and very attentive. Overall the resort is nice and our vacation was great.

Great experience we loved this resort. Food and drinks are incredible and the workers are very friendly and willing to help. Our butler Ramses was great very helpful and throughout with everything. Special shoutout to Sebastian and Wilson by the Drifter Pool Bar in the preferred section. Made us special drinks 10/10 and very kind and friendly. Definitely this resort is a win and you must go! My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at this resort. It was very clean, and room service was great. We really enjoyed the different pools we had access to and how clean they were. We enjoyed our stay.
