Most of the staff treat people not in a nice way. I will rather go to Cancun that in each of my stays the staff was great. The only staff that were great at your location was the cleaning lady.

Amazing service, perfectly clean rooms. The whole hotel looks clean, neat and you can tell that they care. My 2nd year there and I plan to do it every year now.

The property was clean and tremendous. The staff and service was fantastic. Due to apparent covid restrictions, the ala cart restaurants did not operate at full capacity so it was a little difficult to get reservations.

The resort and beach was beautiful and great. The staff and service was super disappointing though. The food on the resort in the buffet was a 2/10. The staff would come to ask for your drink order after you were done eating. Some of the staff was rude but others were fantastic. 5/10 for the whole resort

I booked this hotel based on it being highly reviewed but i was extremely let down by the level of service provided, specifically the hotel buffet staff. Most days we dreaded going to eat, time after time the food was either cold or stale. My toddler had to sit in an adult chair every meal because we would ask for a high chair and never saw the waiter again. Time after time it seemed like we had to beg for silverware or something to drink. At one point we asked for a straw and a waiter said no because they would need to go to the other room to get it. We booked a king size bed and received two doubles, overall cleanliness of the room could have been significantly better. Very disappointing for the price tag. The actual restaurants that needed reservations were definitely better, specifically the Italian restaurant, service was amazing there. Overall, the hotel was okay. Property has a lot of things to do so it made the trip very fun. Beaches are definitely nice and easily accessible. Bellboys are very helpful, and guest services are always on top of things. I wish i had better things to say about this upscale resort.
