Everything very good the only problem was the WiFi and the music no good to much international music but not Dominican music . If I go to Dominican Republic I will love to learn about Dominican Republic the music , dance , culture, but in this resort every music was international

We enjoyed our stay but we thought the staff wasn’t very friendly. Only about 10% would smile and make eye contact. The hotel was nice and offered a lot of options for dinner however 2 family members were violently ill after eating in the sports bar...every time we tried to tell someone about it, we were brushed off. Our experience was nice but we probably won’t return

The resort it self was awesome. Could have more entertainment for the guest. You have to be careful if you leave the resort for any excursions, you can get ripped off.

Very nice place to stay. Wonderful pools and close to the beach. The food at the buffet was o.k. And most restaurants had excellent food. Beautiful golf course and very challenging. Excellent service at all bars and restaurants. Very accommodating entire hotel staff.

I loved everything absolutely everything about this place with the exception of the hotel staff acting very inappropriately towards my friend and I. Trying to get our numbers, asking us out on dates, etc. The food was great I just wish there was more dominican restaurants and food options avalible.

Upper Management needs training in Customer Service Skills. The general areas employees like housekeeping, servers, restaurant and buffet staff in general had better people skills than the upper management. Also All Inclusive is not so "All Inclusive" now they have Premier/Premium Level and a Regular Level so make sure you do your homework before you buy your package deal. We were shocked that a hotel wouldn't offer Wifi if you are not premium level and u are not allowed to use the spa or get Room Service, drinks are all included but if u are not at premium levels u only get the house drinks and liquor taste like very cheap quality. They also will not include the transportation shuttle. Once you are there you cannot make any changes and management does not budge. Overall the Hotel is beautiful, beaches are nice, the people and employees in general are very courteous and the Food was totally excellent...restaurants and the buffet were divine. High quality foods. Travelocity maybe you should advice customers to get details from hotel before booking.

Be also informed that the Premium Level benefits have been offered before the 2011, and It provides our guests with a superior and sophisticated experiential level. Nice size hotel, very clean. On the beach.

Darling Taveras was wonderful. He helped our party of 10 book dinner reservations at all the restaurants we wanted to go to. We enjoyed our dinners! Ty!
