La pasamos increíble . Mi único complain es que en el buffet q está frente a la pool los hombres no pueden pasar en camisas sin manguillos y las mujeres tienen que estar con un full cover up porque no Puedes entrar con el traje de baño de la parte de arriba al descubierto ósea necesitas un traje que te tape eso lo encontré fuera de lugar cuando la Piscina está ahí mismo. Así que ténganlo en mente porque el hotel Es grandísimo y si te toca ir a cambiarte te ropa no te agradará . Entiendo esto para los restaurantes pero para un buffet it’s a lil too extra De todo lo demás súper

The hotel has a strong reputation, so our expectations were understandably high. Unfortunately, there were significant issues that prevent me from giving it a 5-star rating. 1) The Smell – Buffet Restaurant The sewage smell inside the main buffet restaurant was unbearable. This is not a minor issue — it is a place where guests eat breakfast and lunch daily. I was fortunate to have Premium access, which allowed us to dine on the first floor and outdoors, avoiding most of the problem. However, I find it difficult to understand how a property of this caliber can allow such a persistent odor in a primary dining area. 2) The Staff Service was inconsistent and often disappointing. A large portion of the staff appeared disengaged or inattentive. Service was slow, and basic requests — such as ordering an orange juice — would either take an excessive amount of time or never arrive at all. This happened repeatedly during both breakfast and lunch. For a resort that markets itself as high-end, the level of attentiveness simply did not meet expectations. On a positive note, the infrastructure itself is solid. The property offers good food, beverages, activities for children, and enjoyable beach options. From a facilities standpoint, it has everything needed for a pleasant stay. Overall, we had an “OK” experience, but given the issues mentioned above, I am not certain we would return.
