La pasamos increíble . Mi único complain es que en el buffet q está frente a la pool los hombres no pueden pasar en camisas sin manguillos y las mujeres tienen que estar con un full cover up porque no Puedes entrar con el traje de baño de la parte de arriba al descubierto ósea necesitas un traje que te tape eso lo encontré fuera de lugar cuando la Piscina está ahí mismo. Así que ténganlo en mente porque el hotel Es grandísimo y si te toca ir a cambiarte te ropa no te agradará . Entiendo esto para los restaurantes pero para un buffet it’s a lil too extra De todo lo demás súper

The Good: The resort really shines when it comes to family-friendly amenities. The water parks, splash areas, and kid-focused activities were truly great—our kids had a blast. If you’re looking for a place where children are entertained all day, this resort does deliver. The Not-So-Good: The food was consistently mediocre across the board. Nothing was terrible, but nothing stood out either, and a lot of the meals felt repetitive. What made it worse is that you absolutely need to make reservations for most restaurants well in advance, even though that isn’t emphasized on the website. Without them, you’re pretty much stuck with the buffet, which wasn’t great to begin with. Service was hit or miss. Many of the servers seemed bothered or rushed, and there was a clear expectation for tips—even for basic service—which made the “all-inclusive” feel not so inclusive. Cleanliness was another issue. The resort wasn’t dirty, but it definitely wasn’t as clean as you would hope for the price. Certain areas felt like they needed more frequent maintenance. Lastly, the pool vibe was disappointing. There was no music at most of the pools, so the atmosphere felt flat unless you happened to be in one specific spot where they actually played music. Overall: If you’re traveling with young kids and prioritizing water parks and family activities, this resort might work for you. But if you care about great food, strong service, and a lively atmosphere, this probably isn’t the best choice.

Upon first glance, the room is beautiful, however the toilet didnt;t flush, the telephone literally fell from the wall and left a hole, the safe didn't work, there was a dirty bandaid left in the jacuzzi on the balcony, and the coffee maker did not work. Every thing else was lovely, the food, the staff, the grounds. I would like to revisit, but maybe a different room

The layout of our family room was perfect for my brother and I. The staff kept everything spotless, fresh towels, soaps, etc. The only thing, our hairdryer didn't work and although alerted to front desk, no one came to repair. The buffet food was pretty good, bit the restaurants food was lacking, mediocre and not on par with the caliber of service in the restaurant. The outdoor spaces, pools, beach were all super clean as were the public bathrooms. We didn't take in any entertainment as it was offered too late in the evening. Overall, a good experience and would stay again if visiting Punta Cana.
