Due to weather event my family missed a connecting flight to Punta Cana. I was very disappointed on how this had such negative impact on the whole trip. The flight, car service and resort accommodations all impacted. The resort showed very little flexibility and empathy. A lot of money was spent and additional costs took us way over budget. The staff and facilities were great. Everything else was terrible.

check in was the absolute worst! Waited almost 45 minutes for the check in!!!! The room smell old and musky.. same food serve everyday. And restaurant reservations was awful! Theres only 1 restaurant we wanted to try was the Japanese hibachi, and the earliest time they gave us was 1030pm ( what 7 and 8 year old eats at that late in the day???!!) and pirate ship water park os additional cost??!!!

room has bad conditions because water from shower was going to the living room each time we had a shower, TV didn't work more than 5 minutes. It was moistness in the room, because water staying in the room from shower. Water in toilet was slow, almost without pressure. We complained but they promised to fix it and never did anything.

Family oriented resort but offers adults only spaces. The beach was wonderful and the variety of restaurants and bars pretty impressive. The plumbing could use an upgrade; some of the public toilets did not flush and others ran constantly. Ample opportunity to browse stores and play games.

It was absolutely horrible. Not clean, food was subpar, there were cockroaches at the Spaniard restaurant just walking around. They cleaned the floors with dirty mop water, the smell everywhere was putrid. The only good place was the Carey bar.

For the most part, our stay was great staff for the most part was excellent. I did have one issue at La Brisa where I felt like I was ignored due to a specific reason which well I will not get into but other than that I had a great time. Our rooms were a little dusty food was good liquor, yeah

This resort was the worse I’ve ever experienced! I have not ate all weekend my whole time here because the food was not pleasing at all I was spending 50 and 60 dollars at least twice a day going back and forth to a store they had on the resort running off snacks since I’ve been here the room was filthy wit a smell to it the shower and bathroom area was not clean with rust on a lot of areas inside of the bathroom area the walls were dirty and so was the headboard with stings on it I am highly upset about my experience and if I could get my money back I would I will not even return to this country bc my experience was just so bad even down to the transportation for my activities on top of no one speaking any English to even try to help us with anything

The breakfast was good, options for vegetarian. The only thing I would say is the elevator close to our room didn’t work which created a lot of walk, wifi doesn’t work in all the areas. Other than this it’s a great resort with lots of activities for kids and adults.

Based on my experience, there are a few areas that could be improved: Room Quality and Maintenance: The room we were assigned had significant water leakage issues (from the bathroom faucet and bathtub), and the phone was broken. The location of the room was also quite far from the main amenities, which was inconvenient for an upgraded room. Staff Response: While Fiordaliza at the restaurant reservations area was extremely helpful in moving us to a better room, the overall response to the water issues was slow. We spent a lot of time reporting the problem and waiting for assistance, which affected our overall experience. Amenities: The distance from key amenities and the unreliable train service to reach them made our stay less enjoyable, especially for an upgraded room. The broken phone in the room also made it difficult to communicate issues efficiently. Overall, I’d suggest quicker resolution of maintenance issues and more convenient room placements for upgraded guests.

My sink in the bathroom of my room leaked the entire time they tried to come fix it but it still leaked, students from convention center would come in dining halls make the lm overly noisey and crowded and dirty. Making it not so vacation like for those trying to enjoy a peaceful vacation
