Property- updated and elegant. Amenities available in most suites, private pool was a treat! Food- plenty of options for the most selective to not be hungry! Restaurants our well thought out with a shared play area for children including a children's buffet in the Market Kitchen. Beach- sadly covered in seaweed but the wooden boardwalk path to the lounge chairs was very convenient. Aqua Bar was a family favorite with the amazing staff, especially Guillermo and honestly the hospitality of the staff here is what makes it, EXCELLENT. We were welcomed so warmly by the Bell Hop, Franklin, that we requested he escort us out!

The FINESt resort was the perfect vacation stay! Add the excellence adults-only package. Ask for Karen, and she will make sure you get great dinner reservations! Orlando makes the BEST drinks at the Excellence Lounge :) Perfect amenities & the Hydro spa package was delightful. 10/10 recommend very pleasant resort.

My 6 year old son forced me to give 5 stars because he loved the resort so much. :) It is a great property and staffs were very nice and helpful. Lot of kids and adult activities. Drinks are great unlike other all inclusive resorts that we have stayed before. Good number of restaurant options but the food is OK. It is healthy for sure but the flavor is lacking. Overall, I will visit this resort again because my kids loved it.

When I checked in at Finest Punta Cana, I was charged a $400 deposit. At checkout, I was told the deposit would be refunded within 2 days, but it’s now been over 2 weeks and I still haven’t received it. I’ve made multiple attempts to contact Finest customer service with no response. To make matters worse, there was no service at the pool during my stay. For a resort that markets itself as luxury, the lack of responsiveness and basic amenities is extremely disappointing. I expected much better.

All of the staff were very welcoming from the time I checked in until the end of my stay. The onsite activities like the Aloe Vera class and Karaoke were my favorite! I had Excellence Club which was adults only. The pool here was very quiet/sleepy except for the water aerobics. Not necessarily a bad thing, just something to keep in mind. The Mexican restaurant was my top choice. Food was delicious and tasted the best from what I tried at the resort.

It was a great resort for our family of five. Everyone was extremely polite and friendly. The food was very good in both the buffet and restaurants. At times, the restaurants were a little slow to bring out the meals, but it was only an issue because we have three young children. The pools were great and the beach was very nice. There was more seaweed than my daughters were accustomed to, but we had a great time on the kayak and in the water. The children loved the kids club and the play rooms in the buffet and restaurants. They had such a great time with Marianny, Esdras, Tania, Ana, Rosmery, Genesis, Glenis, and Maria. Rosmery did the most beautiful braids in our daughters' hair. They loved the kids events in the evenings and are looking forward to coming back.

Resort needs some tender love and care in a lot of the areas, namely basketball court, private pool tiles, steps, deck etc. service was ok, especially in restaurants, beach service was excellent…. Some of the workers are very uninterested and text/ or are on phone while on shift, beach was beautiful/walkable…. Entertainment was great, sweet corner was best perk of this resort

Beautiful property! If you want luxury book this resort, everyone is super nice and friendly food is good, cleanliness is top tier and this resort is not super strict about everything like other resorts. Definitely recommend. Shoutout to Kelvin for the wonderful service.
