Our experience was amazing thanks to an incredible team. Reynaldo Gonzalez, our butler, went above and beyond - always attentive, approachable, and genuinely kind, with great restaurant recommendations. Ask for him if you go there, and you will not regret it. Yohan Hernandez kept the entertainment lively and fun. Santiago Perez Baez was an excellent server and gave us the best chinola mojito, and Maria Cordones impressed us on her very first day with outstanding service. We cannot leave behind Heidy Sanchez at the French Restaurant. They did not have more desert, and she went above and beyond to get to my wife her creme brulee. Truly a fantastic team all around - definetly coming back!

For older people it would be better to have bars in the shower and a better access to the room My room was the last in the hallway making difficult for whoever has mobility issues . I asked when I checked in but the answer was there is only ONE room with bars in the shower I dont think I will go back this was my 3rd time there also no rails to get in the swimming pool.

I absolutely LOVED my trip to Live Aqua. The staff were friendly, my room had a huge Jacuzzi tub on the main balcony and an upper deck balcony with additional loungers and privacy. I heard the "Live Aqua" corporation is building a family resort next year, and although it wasn't noisy (minimal construction noise) it was a bit of an eye sore if your room faced it - which mine didn't so I was bothered. There were several wonderful restaurants to choose fun and I loved the food!

The resort itself is absolutely beautiful—thoughtfully designed, relaxing, and visually stunning from every angle. The layout is open, modern, and easy to navigate, and the grounds are kept in immaculate condition. The beach deserves special mention. It was truly one of the cleanest beaches I’ve ever experienced—so pristine that I couldn’t even find a seashell. The water, the sand, the atmosphere… unbelievable. And the drinks? Amazing. Every single drink we had was delicious—fresh, well-balanced, and clearly crafted with care. Whether it was a cocktail by the pool or a drink with dinner, the quality was consistently impressive. What made our stay truly special, however, was the staff. I cannot emphasize enough how incredible they were. Rafael, Lidia, Ivan, Delvin, Joel, Miguel, Josue, Anderson, Heidy and Nancy deserve sincere recognition for their outstanding service. Their warmth, charisma, work ethic, and genuine care made us feel like family and created a connection that stayed with us long after we returned home. These are employees who set the standard that everyone else should look up to. We truly miss them.

The room was exceptional. The staff was amazing! Manuel, Yrani and Tony all made sure that we were take care of and that nothing was missing. They went above and beyond to ensure that our vacation was a memorable one. We will be going back.

My friend and I stayed here for a weekend and the staff &’ room cleaning service ms were a 100/10!! The entire resort was extremely quiet (more mature crowds). Our room was SPOTLESS every time we returned after our excursions/outings, and the staff (especially Luilly, Priscila and Rocky) made the entire stay extremely comforting and fun! The food was great, especially at the breakfast buffet and we enjoyed the overall ambiance of the resort. We attended the circus show which was quite entertaining. I’ll definitely book again!!
