A beautiful experience. The resort is well designed, the staff is warm and attentive, and the food options are excellent. The beach and pools are clean and relaxing, and the overall vibe is calm and luxurious. I would add more none pork products to breakfast for the people who do not eat pork. On the very last day, we had a bad experience with one of the waiters on the main pool where he brought our drinks to the pool bed then took them back when he saw us inside the pool. Then he avoided us so we wont ask him for service. That incident wont ruin my view of the resort as all the other staff were very welcoming. Big shout out to Reynaldo for making our stay enjoyable. For a VIP access hotel we expected an upgrade but was not offered. The 50 usd spa credit is only for massages and does not apply on hydro therapy in the spa, not sure why. Mosquitos are wild there, got back with 12 bites so make sure to be prepared.
