Everything about the resort was next to perfect. My only two recommendations would be to have hooks installed on the front or back, or both, of the bathroom door going to the toilet. Guests need to hang wet towels and wet bathing suits, and shirts to air dry. The chrome bar on the shower door leaves room for one bath towel only, and the racks in front of the two sinks are very small and two low to the floor. We found ourselves draping wet pool clothes over the chairs on the balcony. This was a little inconvenient for us. We felt that the light switch system, with the “Master Switch” was very confusing, and lights were burning in areas that didn’t need to be on. Other than these mentioned items, everything else was perfect. Housekeeping service was top shelf, and service throughout the resort was outstanding!! Thank you for a wonderful stay! It was an amazing experience! Cheers to the entire staff!

Outstanding hotel , amazing food , awesome staff , I stayed 4 days on sept 19-22 , only complaint was the ocean , full of seaweed , but thats nature , not a huge fan of pools , but big enough to enjoy it , you also have Ziva hotel next to it , with plenty restaurants to choose from , must visit " Blind Butcher restaurant, its not incluided but great experience, great food and every 10 mins live show for 2 and half hours, tip for you be hingry cause its a lot food to digest , one of tge best hotel ive been lately .

Property is prestige, new, modern, luxurious. Beach is nice but not usaeabke due to seaweed. Major issue is cross selling by staff daily of the Blind Butcher restaurant. When on vacation after spending premium dollars it was very annoying. Could not walk anywhere without multiple stafff harassing on same topic, when we just want to relax. That needs to stoo.

We had an ocean view room, club membership and it was so fun, super clean, great staff. Lots of things to do at hotel with beach, swimming, activities, shows! Loved it!!

Luxury resort with great service and facilities. Only downsides are no poolside food service and everyone trying to get you make a reservation at the Blind Butcher, their additional fee steakhouse

The only thing I didn’t like was an experience I had regarding a reservation for the Blind Butcher. No one told me that if you make a reservation for it you cannot cancel it, otherwise you will be charged with the money regardless. And by the way the fee is not a lower fee, you have to pay the whole amount which is $149 per person. Other than that the experience was exceptional!
