Soy de las personas que nunca dejo reseñas pero la realidad es que en este hotel perdimos nuestro dinero. Las habitaciones están llenas de humedad y cucarachas, no importa a cual habitación te cambien en todas pasa lo mismo. Las opciones de la comida son sumamente limitadas y hubo una noche que hicieron un buffet diferente que en realidad solo tenía 4 o 5 opciones. Por favor no vayan créanme que van a perder su dinero y van a pasar unas horribles vacaciones.

I had never been to an all inclusive resort before, and Ocean El Faro in Punta Cana was absolutely perfect. I wouldn’t change a thing. The food was amazing, the drinks were top notch, and the entertainment kept my girlfriend and I busy the entire trip. One major highlight was my online tour guide, Carlos Enrique. Booking through Expedia, I had the pleasure of having him as a personal assistant, and he was incredible. Always quick to respond to messages and constantly available around the resort to help with anything we needed. Thanks to Carlos and the fantastic staff at Ocean El Faro, my girlfriend and I had a blast and couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

We had a very pleasant stay at the property ! Our room was very nice and clean with a great view ! All the facilities like the restaurant and the pool were at a walkable distance which was great ! Our concierge Carlos Enrrique was also very helpful and assisted us very quickly with all our requests and reservations ! Would definitely recommend the resort and him to others !

We had an incredible stay at Ocean El Faro, made truly unforgettable thanks to our concierge, Carlos Enrique. From the very first day, Carlos went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our trip was seamless. Whether it was helping us secure the best dinner reservations or checking in on us daily with a warm smile. The resort itself was beautiful! Immaculate grounds, stunning views, and great amenities. However what really set our stay apart was the personal attention and genuine care Carlos showed. He anticipated our needs before we even thought of them and always followed up to make sure everything exceeded our expectations. We had a great time!

I recently stayed at this hotel with a group of friends, and unfortunately, our experience was far below expectations. The food was a major letdown. With the exception of the steak house, most of the options were bland and uninspired. The buffet at "El Mercado" felt like recycled leftovers—nothing tasted fresh, and the variety was poor. The only thing that was sometimes really good at the buffet was the grilled fish of the day, which was a pleasant surprise compared to the other offerings. Service at the buffet was especially bad; asking for something as simple as water or napkins meant waiting so long that you’d almost be done with your meal before they arrived, if at all. Basic amenities were also lacking. There were several days when there were no towels available at the pool. My friends’ rooms were missing towels, toilet paper, and shampoo, and sometimes housekeeping didn’t even clean the rooms. One friend had a particularly alarming experience when water started leaking from the ceiling in the middle of the night, making her fear the ceiling would collapse. on a positive note, Justina, the bar attendant at one of the pools, and her team were fantastic. They were friendly, attentive, and truly made our time at the pool enjoyable. Kevin from Expedia, who acted as our concierge, was also a lifesaver—he helped us resolve many issues with the hotel and assisted with restaurant reservations. Without him, our stay would have been more stressful.

Our stay was fantastic, not the first time we come here and there’s a reason for that. The dining options all offer excellent food the service is great and the staff is always smiling and happy to help. This trip was made excellent also in part because of our butler named Kevin Paulino. This gem of a human was always smiling he would great us every evening at the restaurants he had reserved for us to see how the stay was going. He sent daily updates about weather and activities happening at the property. Anytime we needed anything for the room he was quick to act. Overall this was a phenomenal trip that we would all repeat and would be more than pleased to have Kevin again as our butler 10/10 We chose to go to the property in August even given the sargassum conditions , the hotel did their best to clean up but to be honest there is so much to do at the hotel from their pools to water park to their excellent lazy river we didn’t even feel like we were missing anything. The resort was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. Everyone we interacted with was incredibly friendly, and the customer service was excellent. We had Kevin as our butler throughout our stay—he was wonderful and genuinely kind. He took care of all our reservations and made sure we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Nice resort. I enjoyed the concierges, Kevin. The people were nice. The food was good. I am a fan of Royalton All-Inclusive, but I have a new place a try. Royalton is still #1 for me, but I would recommend Ocean El Faro to others.

The service Kevin gave to us as our butler was great- he was responsive with helping getting our room ac situation fixed right away. Thank you Kevin! Had to avoid and constantly say no to Staff dressed in white Hassling about free offers or free massages or free items. It would be nice if Bowling was open a little earlier. There was one lady at the ice cream parlor that gave bad attitude and had poor customer service- I didn’t get her name but I should have bc she was mean. Bartenders Gilbert Domingo & Dominick gave us excellent service- great guys with great attitude and professional. The ladies at Jelly playhouse were not necessarily rude but not friendly either- no hi no bye no smiles no how are you. No greeting. Nothing. I took my son there almost everyday of our 9 day stay. Only one lady at the playhouse greeted me nicely and with a smile and on our way out she gave us a lollipop. She made my day but I didn’t see her but that one time. The male photographer was great- very patient with picture taking and offered great poses; was hilarious and friendly. I don’t remember his name but he did tell me he was Mexican nationality. His great customer service skills and great attitude made me want to buy photos from him. He is exceptional! Nice experience with him overall.

As per the resort very clean, family friendly resort. Staff were nice, helpful. Rooms very spacious, clean, bathrooms very spacious as well. Very easy to get around and all of the restaurants and necessities were easy to get to. If you like a relax family friendly resort then would highly recommend. Only issue was the beach due to seaweed season but other than that our stay here was great.

I loved the grounds, very clean and pretty. I did not care for the food too much. Besides El Mercados, there wasnt many options for breakfast and lunch. We ate at El Mercados for dinner the first night that we stayed and it was horrible. There should be more restaurants available for breakfast and lunch. The dinner options were fine. We ate at Sakura the 2nd night and it was just ok. The rice was crunchy ans our food was cold. The Italian restaurant was ok. My salmon was good. The Steakhouse was thw best 10 out of 10. The steaks were delicious. The ceasar salad was delicious. The carrot cake was delicious. Not a lot of activites though. But overall, I would give the resort 8/10.

My room smelled like mold but they came with a dehumidifier. The food on the resort wasn’t the best. The had three good restaurants and two of those restaurants needed a reservation. But the resort is really nice the staff is friendly and nice. Shout out to
