Soy de las personas que nunca dejo reseñas pero la realidad es que en este hotel perdimos nuestro dinero. Las habitaciones están llenas de humedad y cucarachas, no importa a cual habitación te cambien en todas pasa lo mismo. Las opciones de la comida son sumamente limitadas y hubo una noche que hicieron un buffet diferente que en realidad solo tenía 4 o 5 opciones. Por favor no vayan créanme que van a perder su dinero y van a pasar unas horribles vacaciones.

I had to change my room 3 times due to smell and last room I had a roach in it to then find out that another customer had the same issue. They move you around but will not give you credit for your inconvenience. I will never return again

The places is amazing, room is amazing, the food at the restaurants is great, the beach was full of algae, but local beach down the road was amazing, the staff at the resort are not very attentive and kind of rude!!

The resort was like a small town with lots of activities at the pool or beach for both adults and kids . Staff were very friendly . Food was fresh . Lazy river was so much fun but dont forget to taje your inflatable tibe as they dont have any tube . In general it was mix of fun , exercise and relaxation . The intertainment team was excellent too .

Nuestro Mayordomo José Miguel Jimenez nos atendió super bien y nos mantuvo al tanto de todas las actividades diarias del hotel. Nos hacía todas las reservas que le pedíamos y nos gestionaba todo con rapidez y muchísima calidad en el servicio. Quedamos muy complacidos con sus servicios y del hotel en general.

The quality of the food is really poor. The ingredients used are not of high quality and the food often came cold. Most of the food was very salty. The cleanliness of the room needed work. Floors were dirty. Many of the staff came off as rude and it felt like we were an inconvenience. A lot of service staff needs to be trained to have better communication skills. Our concierge Carlos was the only person that very helpful and answered all the questions we had. We could ask him anything, so he deserves a 5 star rating.

Food is average nothing special, same daily in buffet area. Resto limited dinner options with prawns & mussels, unless you pay for lobster & tomahawk steak. Restaurant is okay in terms of getting a better service. Room cleaning floors and beddings daily is okay but can improve with properly wiping off common surfaces. Arrived with a sticky remote and phone as well. Family room needs updating as gaming tables are all broken. Game rooms offered for a fee are over priced for kids to enjoy including poor shaped billiard tables. Lazy river are dirty cloudy looking with floating stuff (body fluids of sort) not cleaned properly with some of the water falls broken/not working at all. Same dirty cloudy water condition on kids water park. Did not enjoy the beach as dirty seaweeds everywhere although manually cleaned are stinky to even lay down on the beach as located on Atlantic ocean, no clear turquoise water experience. Overall, average for a family with kids hotel
