The rooms were dirty. Ask for wash clothes and never got any all week. It took forever to get a drink at the bar and at restaurants. Evening restaurants were good. But they would only reserve 3 nights at a time. So last night was by luck they found us a late night restaurant. Buffets were very bland. Never saw salt and pepper. No ice machine. So no sitting in room to make your own drink. If you are in a basic room(yellow arm bands) you were waited on dead last. They only gave us 3 towel cards for 5 people. Then when we check out told us were supposed to come back the 2nd day to get the other 2. Then because I didn't have the last 2 cards the wanted to charge me $20 because i didn't have them. And that's not everything. I will NEVER be back! And I will make sure and tell everyone not to go here.

This place is a joke, don’t ever go here. Their whole resort is very outdated with the exception of the ULC area. Seems like most of their focus is only to better the ULC. Second, the room the gave us was not cleaned and the washroom had a dirty tub with black grim and a broken toilet seat. Also worth noting is that their plugs were not working and I needed this to plug in a medical device. When I went to the concierge to complain they said I needed to fill out a report and that it could take the whole day to fix. I asked if there was another room available as I had just checked in and they said no which is highly unlikely due to the low season. We decided to stay and then got a service call on the last day asking if everything was good, I told them this is the worst resort I have ever been too and would never come back. The person that spoke to me said I would’ve given you a new room which was great if I wasn’t leaving the next day already. There is definitely a lack of supervision and the employees just do as they please. Example of this is at the pool buffet; all the staff just hide in the middle room and no one cleans the dishes and the place was absolutely trashed during lunch. I saw a whole plate of spill on the ground and no one cleaned for the hour I was in the restaurant, I also had to wait for plates for 30 mins. The Ala Cartes are no better, the service was slow and at Route 66 they sat us in a booth and I fell in through because the booth was broken. Not a 5 star!

My stay at Sirenis Punta Cana was pleasant. The grounds around the property are beautifully maintained, the pools and main beach are clean, the scenery breathtaking. The staff was very helpful and any issue, be it at the room or dining/bar area was promptly addressed. The staff at the coffee shop and sports bar were very kind and accommodating. As far as food goes, I am not a picky eater and can always find something I like, there was plenty of food. For those seeking variety, the daily buffet selection may seem a bit redundant. More variety/alrernating days of what gets served would be appreciated. Another thing I would recommend are more beach/poolside activities. I really liked the pop-up rock band one day by the pool as well as whenever there was a “party” in the main lobby. Maybe it’s not everyone’s thing, but I personally like a lively atmosphere. That being said, the one rainy day wasn’t boring at all thanks to the wonderful entertainment and service in the lobby. The rain added to the charm of the place.

The fact that I couldn't get a birthday dinner reservation unless I gave 1-2hrs of my time to join their VIP program was the most disappointing part. 3 Nights 4 days and was only able to get one night dinner reservation. The staff is so misinformed about everything in the facility. Calling information desk to ask what time kids club open. Tell me 9am. I show up at 9:30 and turns out they open at 10. 🙄Staff dropping dishes and eating utensils every day was quite loud and disruptive. SMH the food was ok. Not great but ok. We did have some wonderful servers that made our eating experience more pleasant.

Poor restaurant choices. Food average if not below average. They separate you out a lot when booked through expedia, felt like the lowest package there is… staff was great!

The staff is very kind and show hospitality. However the resort needs upgrades. The rooms are clean just smell a little musty. The food at the Korean restaurant is NOT good. The rice and noodles were very cold and hard. The restaurants look outdated need to fix the walls as well. They do move very quickly at dinner and feel like in and out not an actual dining experience. The buffet was much better however they don’t have warmers under the food so it gets cold very quickly. Need to offer more fruit variety not just mangos which run out very quickly. Room service does not replace towels you have to ask for them and they take forever. I am sorry but I would not recommend and will not stay here again.

The property was walkable, very well maintained and whimsical. The best part of our stay was the entertainment - there were so many activities and fun things to do! The entertainment team was SUPER! All the food and drinks were great! Highly recommend it...we are already planning another trip in couple of months.
