They were so very helpful with changing our room location to be close to our family, sending us an itinerary each day of all activities, calling and checking to see how things were going daily, food was fantastic, service was amazing, i will return to this hotel. Josie’ Santos, one of the managers gave us special attention and amenities. A wonderful place to visit, i was very impressed and we’ve stayed at many resorts.

Although it was a sprinkle of great people like our housekeeper, Jose-Bellsmen, Andres, the Bellmen’s, Mary- Beauty Salon, & Omega-Host, who gave all that we expected & more, unfortunately the discrimination we received with rolling of eyes, frowning, barely greeting, turned back to not serve us and at the TexMex restaurant not receiving service just to name a few things that caused this to be the worst birthday trip in my life! Also after speaking with the Travelocity manager on the premises (Joshua)it don’t seem like the complaints and experience we received was or will be investigated. It was stated that sometimes they have bad service although we explained that we saw the same people give great service to the guest prior & after us. The discrimination was appreant to be towards African American women only. The accommodation we were offered was food related which my mom had food poisoning by the 2nd day which her pressure escalated and we spent the last day in the hospital. After receiving food that the manager did arrange to come to the room on my birthday night, since we missed our reservation from being at the hospital (his way to accommodate), I ended up with diarrhea which caused me to have to go to urgent care when I returned home. Also because we had to go to hospital, my daughter got sick with some kind of bug the last day. I have so much to say but my character limit has been reached. I don’t recommend this property if you’re an African American woman! Stay Away

The staffs were very helpful and hard working. Business Consultant, Josue addressed all our minor concerns to resolve in friendly manner. Room service was excellent , Restaurant Chefs were serving relentlessly to the visitors. Property is quite big so expect more walking to get drinks/coffee/food. Few restaurants are excellent. We enjoyed our vacation.

El lugar esta muy bueno pero si se siente un poco colapsado. En muchas oportunidades el servicio no se da abasto. Con mucha pasiencia los pueden atender. Recomiendo mas los buffet que los restaurantes temáticos. El italiano y el hibachi están muy buenos.

This resort was absolutely perfect for our family of 8! So much to do. The buffet was good, so many choices that no one could possibly leave hungry. We ate at about 5 of the ala carte restaurants they were also very good. Our rooms were much nicer than we expected. All rooms had either a balcony or a patio. The property is very clean and the staff is super friendly! We would definitely stay here again!

Wow we had a wonderful time. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by Henry, Ishmael and Jose’ Miguel they assisted us with getting our rooms. We received drinks. This is where the best customer service started. Jose’ Miguel is mild mannered and very helpful, he made sure we were okay. Henry is about his business getting us checked in and making sure everyone had their bracelets. Ishmael interacted with my children and they thought he was great. The best night manager Josue’ Santos. I know why he was hired because his customer service is outstanding. He made sure we were logged into the WiFi. My children can’t live without WiFi. He explained the amenities of the resort. I’m so happy he was there when we arrived. Josue’ made us feel like we were family. He is excellent. The way he treats the staff and all guests. Leynel assisted me with dinner reservations he is such a kind gentleman. He interacts with everyone with the same pleasant demeanor. He made sure we were happy and could come to him with anything. The buffet staff Victor Rodolfo and Janie are very pleasant and my entire family looked for them when we entered the buffet. Diana from housekeeping was very nice and assisted us with our room needs. The resort looks exactly like the pictures. The pools were great. The beach was clean. My adult children loved the drinks. I had an omelette my way every day. The breads were fresh. The pancakes and waffles were made fresh everyday. My kids loved getting ice cream.
