The hotel itself is pretty good. My only issue is I paid for an oven view and didn't receive it. Instead of telling me one wasn't available they gave me a different room and hoped I didn't notice. I was offered to move to a oven view the next day but I didn't want to go thru the hassle of moving everything.

The staff was very rude they all seemed like they didn’t want to work there. There was ants in the room as well as the bathroom wasn’t working and the shower. It was not clean and the food was very bad I have been to multiple hotels and this one was one of the worst.

The staff was honestly the best part of this stay, they were extremely friendly, helpful and kept our drinks full the whole time. The food was terrible. When we first arrived they gave us a room where the ceiling was literally falling off. Then when we asked to change rooms they gave us a hard time it eventually did change the rooms. The evening entertainment was fun and was nice we were able to watch from our balcony. Overall it was alright but if possible stay at a different hotel.
