Pretty sure none of the drinks had alcohol in them no matter what I ordered.Very disappointed with the drinks. Staff was great!!location great!!! Resort great !!! Food was really good!!! Could you some updates in the rooms .Beds needs upgrades!!!

Decent hotel staff ok until if u ask something no one's want to do anything or help I with something. Example my family got sick ask for some boil potatoes from kitchen it's was so much big deal I talk with 5 person than answer was we don't have potatoes only food available at buffet other than that who cares about how is your family feeling terrible. Other example they have privilege options if you not don't expect to much they only help privilege customers feel like you have to be nice to get something restaurants nothing special don't bother we went to route 66 one night our drink arrived after 30 min after I get so mad burger worse than McDonald's

The property was excellent, easily walkable and easy to navigate. We upgraded to Privilege and found it worth it except our Butler. He failed us daily and didn't tell us about our chef's dinner we could have enjoyed. The rest of the staff very friendly. Knowing some to moderate amount of Spanish is helpful!
