Check out took over 30 minutes. They were only focused on checking people in which took forever. The resort is really nice and clean no complaints about that. But the restaurant food was not so good - buffet was better. Also we were told that an Expedia concierge was gonna reach out to us but no one ever did. They messed up our check in - we had 3 rooms all same last night but all the bracelets were for the wrong rooms we had to switch between us which was annoying because we had different amount of people in each room

Im going to be honest, I love it! The staff was super nice, love the parties & the food amazing. There were just a couple of things that would have made my time there better. There is no elevator or ramp for stollers, so that was an unexpected workout with my big stoller, the AC in common areas was mot the best & there was no shade in the babies’ pool.

It was a nice property I didn’t like that we had a reservation for once of the restaurants one night and after standing there and waiting for 35 minutes a hostess still never came out or even acknowledged us. we ended up walking out after 40 minutes after our reservation time and no one saying a word to us. Also disappointed the club closed at 1am and didn’t stay open later - other than that had a good time

The staff was pretty amazing. The cleanliness was ok . I’m a housekeeping manager and it could have been cleaned better (deep cleaning) i will be honest I did not like the food . The drinks were watered down. Also that one flamingo in saw lots of guest harassing it and giving it food and also one woman letting it drink out her tea cup. But over all the experience was good the entertainment was fabulous. The property was very pretty. Thank you for the hospitality.

You couldn’t make restaurant reservations at check in like most resorts. You had to get up at 7am each day to make reservations on an app (7am to ensure), and ONLY for the restaurant for that night. You had to repeat this the next morning for the next night. Food otherwise was good. Tip: they tend to cook on the rare side so steak ordered medium is rare. Bacon in buffet is rare. Etc. Bed comfort good.
