"Rooms are a little small, but extremely clean and well appointed. The grounds are amazingly beautiful. The breakfast is fantastic and the location is very good. We will be going back to stay for an entire week. Just an exceptional place"

"Like most of the other reviews state, the Duval Penthouse was very clean and comfy. The location is second to none for getting around and regarding some mentions about noise from Willie T's, the sound machine in the master bedroom solved everything except for one rowdy Key West rooster who enjoyed crowing every morning starting at 4am lol. "Lovely well maintained property. Excellent breakfast with hot and cold options. Room was spacious and clean, comfy beds great water pressure in the shower. Plenty of seating outside each room and in the commons areas and if you are lucky enough one of the resident cats will grace you permission for pets. "

"The Resort was great and the staff was fantastic. the room has everything you need. This was our fourth time to this resort and Tim one of the managers remembered us and greeted us by name at the door. They really make you feel like family. "

"The hotel is sparse in amenities and luxury. The rooms are adequate. The bathrooms are tiny. The best part is location, so if you do not mind roughing it rooms you may enjoy your stay. Small pool is clean, small refrigerator in room, now bell service and nowhere to store luggage as you wait for your room."
