Tbis was the dirtiest ugliest hotel i ever been to. Checked in and went to our room. Room was never cleaned. Looked like people where still in the room. Go back to the front desk and she gives us another room. We go up and its been cleaned but the is no towels,wash cloth or hand towels. Electric socket is hanging out the wall. Call front desk and tell them there is no towels. Says they will send someone up. Hr goes by we call back. She says come get them i got nobody. We go down and she hands us towels and says we have no wash clothes if you want them you gota go buy some at a store. And we did. There is no breakfast as advertised. No bar as advertised. Place needs torn down

I have never been to such a horrible hotel. My room was not cleaned from the previous stay, the bed was not made, there was a pizza box on the floor, dirty towels and urine in the toilet. I wouldn't be surprised if the hotel had lice and/or bed bugs. When I complained they said they had no housekeeping yet and we could go to another hotel because the had no other rooms available. I asked them if the previous people had checked out and they asked me if I had seen any luggage there? They offered a new towel.

this hotel should be shut down by code enforcement and the dept of health. no elevator ,no ac in stairwell, light bulbs burned out in room, hole in bathroom door, no water to shower or tub, tv came on in the middle of night by it self , loud talking only, screen black

Parking is terrible, had to go around building for half an hour waiting for a spot. Elevators were out of order. According to the staff, they have not worked in a year. I would not stay here again..

No elevators working for over a year we heard, though they say they are 'working on them'. NO hot water in room at sink or in shower. Restaurant/bar closed except for pitiful continental breakfast, if you can call it that. Parking is ridiculous because they rent parking spaces for the airport. One desk clerk for check in, on a night when there is a local huge event at the Wells Fargo Center. Clerk said dial 0 for anything we needed, yet they never pick up the phone. No ice machine except for behind the front desk where you have to ask for it. I could go on for a hour. It's a shame. Could be an amazing hotel if they just put money they make back into it.
