All staff members were very nice and accommodating. The main issue is the cleanliness and size of the rooms. Initially our first room was too small and dirty. We found spilled juice or something on and behind the mattress, stains on walls and bathroom area, and the wash cloths and towels had stains on them. We were moved to a much better room because of the stain behind the mattress but continued to find dirty towels and wash cloths. While overall the stay was okay and the location is great, it made it hard to trust any facilities or towels and wash cloths at the hotel. I would also recommend getting a bigger room if your budget permits. Also, while they do provide a parking sticker for a discounted rate, be prepared to pay $40+ a day for parking as you're downtown.

Very nice property. Easy check in and out. They have off site parking, close to the hotel. We made sure we park our car first before checking in. The parking is kind of expensive. We have our ticket validated by the front desk for a 20% discount. $$ for overnight parking. Love the place.

Quiet, small but comfortable room. Free coffee, cappuccino, and espresso machine in lobby. Refillable water bottles on every floor. Bathrooms are very small — not dissimilar to that of a cruise ship, but adequate. Hallways are looking very tired and dated. For 150-180 a night, it’s appropriately priced. If 200 or more, I’d choose a nicer place.

Center City Club House

One of my favorite places to stay in Philadelphia. The rooms are a little small but very nice, clean and comfortable. Very conveniently located to everything. Great views of the city and I love the lounge and free coffee bar.
