Overall, we had a genuinely good stay while at Club Quarters. The ONLY negative I have was we were having major issues with our TV while in the room. It's internet streamed television & we kept encountering glitches with the reception - picture would freeze, TV would restart itself & the bandwidth was unbearable. Thankfully we weren't in the room long enough for it to matter - however, I personally need the TV for sleep - so I had to resort to my laptop to view (hear) anything. The staff was ultra friendly & helpful for giving us out-of-towners hints & tips on things to do & getting around. The bed was comfortable, but my hubby who suffers from back issues stated it would not be good for long-term sleep (too soft). Great amenities, especially if you like coffee &/or espresso - both in the room & the lobby. Very secure & we didn't hear anything from other guests unless they were in the hallway outside our room. Considering we were told the hotel was sold-out during our stay, it was nice - made you feel like you had the whole place to yourself. The shower was "dreamy" - great pressure & water temp. The hotel is located in a great central area - close to many attractions you can get to by foot. Definitely plan out your trip so you don't need a car - everywhere you go you have to pay for parking & it adds up after a day or 2. Plan to travel by foot or learn the public transit system. All-in-all, you won't be disappointed in the stay.

The beautiful lobby area and living room greeted us with cool air conditioning on a hot summer day. They also have a complementary assorted coffee/ beverage maker in the lobby and each floor has complementary refillable bottled water near the elevators.The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Dermot and Shantel (sp?). They allowed my family and me to check in early. Very pleased with the room. It would have been nice to have a fridge in the room. To avoid confusion, I suggest the 1st floor entrance brass notice add the word "Lobby" after"2nd Floor" because the elevator buttons says "Lobby," "Ground" and "Basement." not "2"

Nice hotel but the room was small and had few amenities including plug sockets (and the few it did have didn’t work). Luckily we weren’t in our room much so the size wasn’t too bad but we expected it to be bigger.

You can't beat the location. In the middle of Rittenhouse Square, with a bus stop in front. You can walk or take public transit anywhere. It was clean, quiet, and the bed was comfy. My one issue was with the AC, which didn't stay on but rather stopped and started. Every time it stopped, the room got incredibly hot and stuffy and every time it started, it woke me up. This on and off every 15 minutes through the night... Otherwise, if such things don't bother you, I would recommend it.

The location and staff were the only good things. The room felt dirty because the furnishings were so distressed, wall fixture falling off the wall, bathroom tiles were dirty looking, and supposedly our floor was recently updated? The room and bathroom were very small. The curtains did not effectively keep light out. The treadmills in the gym were malfunctioning.
