Trendy place to stay in a good location. Parking lot across the street is convenient but $$$ $50 a night. Rooms are small, micro sized! Food and drinks from the lounge area were delish!

My room was inexpensive and overlooked the parking garage. I put the shade down and it was fine. The shower and bath were awesome. It felt like a "boutique" hotel. I had a very nice dinner at a vegan restaurant nearby. Area isn't quiet but I slept well & enjoyed myself. Wish I had taken advantage of exercise opportunities the hotel provides!

The first room I was checked into already had a woman inside of it asleep by herself. I slowly backed out of the room to not wake her up. I was very shaken and that woman could potentially sue the hotel for endangering her safety by letting a stranger into her room. There is no reason for this to have ever occurred.

Spacious rooms and well maintained. Rittenhouse square is a great location. Very conveniently located to business district, restaurant, grocery stores. Good for families with kids. Tourist attractions are walkable or within reasonable taxi fare rides.

A wonderful hotel!

As new visitors to Philly we were welcomed with open arms and thanks to Mo at reception, we were well guided to explore the city. The hotel provided us with a relaxing atmosphere and a way for us to ease into our day with the coffee shop downstairs. The location was perfect for exploring the bars and restaurants in Rittenhouse area, and easily walkable further into downtown. Our small drawback was the choice of timing of housekeeping, we stayed for 5 nights and our bin was quite overflowing at times.

Great value, Perfect location

My husband and I had tickets to see Chris Brown perform in Philly on Aug 16th, and just a week ago, the show was rescheduled to Aug 10th! We had to quickly reschedule our travel (coming from Maryland), and it was amazing to find Motto by Hilton on the Hotels.com app. Motto was a perfect overnight stay, comfy bed, centrally located near Philly’s 30th street train station, with tons of food options nearby, and easy route to the stadium.
