The appearance outside was nice....Inside was ok...Room had a smell to it....gave me and my grandson a handicap room which was not good ..Water all over entire when finished showering. Clerks were hard to understand.....Breakfast was the worse I was ever served in a Hotel . Waited almost 45 minutes to get picked up at Airport after I called. I don't think I will go back .

Outside appearance looked great and liked security of place. Was glad for the shuttle service. Carpets could have been cleaner. Breakfast was good.

Check in took a very long time, in part because the front desk person was on a personal call that he didn't seem interested in ending. Room was musty and damp, and the bathroom had no soap. Ceiling in the bathroom was cracked/peeling because there was no vent fan; this also caused the floor became treacherously slick after the shower was used - hardly ideal for a room intended for those with disabilities! Felt more like a badly maintained dorm than a hotel costing $150 a night. Will not be coming back.

Horrible customer service. Never a smile or a thank you from the staff. I asked for a quiet room. They put me on the side of the hotel directly facing a freeway and commuter train. When I told the front desk, they actually ARGUED with me that that side of the hotel (50 feet from a freeway) was quieter than the rooms 200 feet away at the front of the hotel. They say the shuttle leaves every 30 min on the hour. There was no 4pm shuttle and they gave me the number of the shuttle driver on a card instead of calling him themselves. Don’t stay at this hotel.
