The bathroom was absolutely filthy with literal feces running down the side of the toilet, no sheets on the pullout couch, no pillows no extra blanket, even after requesting. They do not validate parking and it’s $40 per night. The air conditioning did not work well enough to cool the room and the staff was extremely rude. We will never go back.

My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. On the first day, they gave us a very small room, even though I had booked a larger one. After explaining the issue, they changed our room but the new one was in terrible condition, with even the sink completely broken! They then moved us to the room I originally booked, but the air conditioning was so loud that I couldn’t sleep because of the noise. The breakfast was extremely poor—no boiled eggs, just fruits and cereal. The only excellent thing about this hotel was its strategic location in the heart of the city, close to all the tourist attractions. Overall, I rate this hotel 5 out of 10 acceptable only because of the location.

It says daily housekeeping but they only fix the bedding and towels. They never mopped, vacuumed, or wiped anything down. Had to ask multiple times for room to be cleaned and housekeeping had a terrible attitude. Other than that the stay was great and located near a good market and china town.
