Spent the weekend in Philly for a Metallica concert. This was convenient to the subway and Reading Terminal Market. Friendly staff. Little sketchy outside at night, but hotel can't help that. They had security at the door and needed to scan your room card to get inside. My wife and I felt safe once we got inside. Would stay again.

Great downtown location. Very convenient to/from the airport train station. The room was spacious and clean, well maintained but showing signs of time. The staff were friendly, making check-in and check-out a breeze. I did not have the time to check the hotel amenities. Will come back again.

House keeping was worst, left a bed sheet with blood stains unchanged and floors that was not vacuum completely at all. Requested the front desk to take care of those things then left a tip for the house keeping staff hoping they will do the right thing. Return to the room to find our that the bed sheet was changed but the floor is still the same. Quite disappointed!!
