The bathroom was absolutely filthy with literal feces running down the side of the toilet, no sheets on the pullout couch, no pillows no extra blanket, even after requesting. They do not validate parking and it’s $40 per night. The air conditioning did not work well enough to cool the room and the staff was extremely rude. We will never go back.

Central location, lot's of restaurants, walkable to transportation. Only downside parking was expensive and they don't offer a discount. Other than that, it's a great place to stay!

This hotel was perfect for our family. We attended a football game at Lincoln Financial Field and the hotel was very convenient for exploring the city and using public transportation for the game. It was clean, staff were friendly and helpful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay here if we return to Philadelphia.

Wish there was a pool, but the stay was good.

Wish there was a pool , but the stay was good, ultimately. My wife did say that someone at the front desk was condescending because she wasn’t aware of the required credit hold for incidentals-she said that guest services guy laughed at her when she questioned it, but she didn’t notice his name. The guest services person, Jennifer, however was polite and knowledgeable despite being extremely busy handling multiple guests at once. The room was clean and fresh, but there was no functioning vent in the bathroom (I never mentioned it to the hotel though). The beds were firm, but that worked for me. Overall I would stay again and recommend to others.
