Property is great however be prepared to be stopped in the lobby every time you walk through so someone can try to sell you a Hilton timeshare. Not exactly an enjoyable experience and there is no way to avoid using the main lobby when entering or exiting.

The room was fine. We had minimal involvement with the desk staff, but the restaurant, while pricey, was very nice and the food very good. The surrounding area was awful. I prefer a lighter and brighter atmosphere and this hotel is situated below a parking garage.

Rooms were overbooked and the first room we went to was not the room I booked. The front desk must have hoped we didn't notice because when I went back down to the lobby, he let me know our room was overbooked. He said it was Hotels.com's fault but who knows.

It was good and felt safe knowing the always had security at the entrance of hotel. We went for wrestlemania 40 so the hotel was next to everything we needed plus Reading Terminal is the best and next door.

Won't be rebooking.
There were several minor issues that made this trip less favorable than what it should have been. We arrived at 11a and waited until 3p to check in, only to be told the room we reserved *still* was not ready. We were given a regular room w/two queen beds, with no change in price, even though our original reservation was for a suite so that we didn't have to wait any longer. The hotel staff was unable to provide documentation of their "required" 30% deposit, even though Hotels.com mentioned only having to pay $100 for the deposit. Then our room had no iron, a broken ironing board, and terrible water pressure. We came for the AERA conference, and assumed the hotel would have been prepared with at least the rooms available and an iron.

We’ve stayed here a few times and have enjoyed each trip. The only thing I didn’t like this time was being asked multiple times by different people (who worked with the hotel) about rewards points that turned into what seemed like a time share pitch. I was there for 5 days and was approached almost every time I went through the lobby. I understand trying to promote something but it did become annoying. They even approached us as we had our hands full with bags and take out after a long day. Maybe there’s a better way to go about this new promotion. But like I said earlier always a great and comfortable stay.

I liked that i felt safe and a lot of things were in walking distance. Was given advice on how to get to places easily. Only issue i had was that there was no free or fee covered for parking for the hotel. Had to pay garage to park for our stay whicb ended up being an extra $80.

The check in process was tense because they did not read my check in instructions that I would not be arriving until the middle of the night. The rest of the staff for my stay was phenomenal. I have an over sized vehicle so parking was terrible but finally found an open lot, so just be aware if you are traveling with an over sized vehicle. I found a nice spot on Summer Street. The restaurant on the 10th floor is awesome, check it out!
