Enjoyed our stay at Omni for 2 nights. We took our son to Pittsburgh to go to Steelers game for his birthday. Our first night at 12:04 am the room next to us started getting loud and got into an argument. We tried contacting the lobby but no one answered the phone. Security had to come up and say something to the couple. It woke us up and we had a hard time getting back to sleep. The only other problem with our stay was when we checked in it took over an hour for them to bring our luggage up and when we tried to call for our car in valet no one ever answered the phone so we had to go down stairs to request car. The elevators were a little tricky getting the key to access to go up to our room. I had my phone plugged in to an outlet and it sparked and ruined my phone charger. Last year we stayed at Sheraton in Pittsburgh and I preferred the Omni over it. Our room was spacious where we had plenty of room for an air mattress. We walked to Eddie Merlots for dinner and stopped by Target to get a new phone charger. In spite of a few problems we ran into we would recommend staying there.
