I love staying at any Drury Hotel. They are always so nice and helpful. The room, halls, entryway were all clean. Two downsides we experienced. We went down to the pantry before bed we found we had to get a guest host to open the cooler because they kept the water and alcohol in the same cooler and they locked the alcohol up at night. So we had to pull her away from the desk when there was guests checking in with the other guest host. Just to get us water and having to walk back to the front desk. It just made things a bit inconvenient. The other was the hour 'ours the night before. It wasn't even 7 yet and they were taking away the hot dogs. Several people were trying to get them before they took them but they said time was up. I still give it 5 stars and will always stay at Drury Inn.

Staff were pleasant, courteous and extremely helpful and friendly. Room was spotless, modern and updated. Breakfast was good, the happy hour was also a nice bonus on the weekend and the other amenities were great as well. I'd absolutely stay here again next time I come to Pittsburgh. The area was in a great location with restaurants and highways near for easy travel. Give this place a try, you won't be disappointed.

We love Drury Inns and everything according to the hotel staff and room was great. I guess our issues came from the environment that was probably not the fault of the hotel but never-the-less was disappointing. While I truly understand “having fun” this hotel lobby and pool area was “banshee heaven”. We had booked this hotel so our granddaughter could swim and there was no way another person should have fit in the pool or hot tub clear up to the closing time. The lobby was so loud that I couldn’t even hear the front desk clerk ‘s words from across the counter and the “dads “ were swinging kids around and around and crazy.
