Rooms are nice and very spacious. The elevators are on point, I literally never had to wait ever for an elevator and we were on the 6th floor! The breakfast included was good with a decent amount of options. Kick back hour in the evening was nice to with complimentary food & drinks; however one employee was very rude at the bar; she threw limes at my friend when she asked, was very rude & condescending when I asked if they had flavored vodka, reminding me that this bar was complimentary and those types of drinks weren’t there at that bar & refused to serve us approximately 4 minutes before the end time. I did talk to management about her as it was warranted and management was very kind and helpful. Went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and offered me compensation for being treated poorly by staff. Other than this small matter, the hotel is great. I would stay here again.

Pleasant stay
We stayed at the Drury Plaza while in Pittsburgh for the weekend. The room was clean and had a small refrigerator and microwave. Front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. Breakfast and a light supper were included in our stay. Both were above average with several choices available. It was an easy walk to the PPG Paints arena.

The bar area was busy after the penguins’ hockey game and they only had one girl working. Took over a half hour till she took our order then told us all four of their kegs were empty and we’d have to order bottled beer. Definitely disappointed with our choice to stay here.

The property is centrally located and the staff is great. The rooms are large, modern, amd clean. There is a problem with the on property parking. We had no problem parking our forsr night. The nexr day we left and arrived back to the hotel around 8PM. Much to my surprise the driveway was blocked. I called the front desk and they said to come back larer or park somewhere else. I had already pre-paid $39/night for the valet. Nobody told me of this issue. I ended up parking a couple.of blocks away at the Greyhound station. Overnight parking there was $6. I must tmsay the Drury manager was great and removed both parking charges.
