I found that the tv/cable service kind of tacky. Of the 3 tvs in the room I had, all of the cable boxes were hanging from the wires that connected them to the tv. There were areas you could tell that had not been dusted in quite some time. Overall, the room was nice and convenient to dining and shopping.

We loved the hotel! The only thing we were disappointed about was that 3 or 4 of the blinds in the room were broken, so we couldn’t open them to see the view! We will definitely stay again, though! The staff were very friendly and the amenities were great!

Our room was a studio apartment, large and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, it had its own living room and full kitchen that was beautiful. Great location, close to restaurants and bars, a 20 minute walk to the NFL stadium The first night they could not get the Wi-Fi to work but that could be just a problem that night

We were there for two nights to attend multiple events in the city. Loved the location and it being safely walkable for our whole family. Issues with the room were unable to be taken care of during our stay but the front desk generously offered to comp our parking costs due to being unable to remedy the situation.

Fantastic room. Spotless. Comfortable bed, ok couch. No idea how the stove and other appliances work. Docked one star because the faucet in the vanity never did flow hot water (other outlets were slow but eventually flowed) and the parking garage was not the best.

The apartment was spacious, had a beautiful view, and all of the amenities that I needed. Each staff member was professional and pleasant. However, the listing price does not include a hefty daily room charge. The latter almost doubled the cost of my stay and was mandatory. Due to this, I will never stay here again.

The room was not clean, lamps were broken, cords showing, the chairs were ripped up. The room service was not kind. The drawers wouldn’t close on some of the dressers. I can’t even believe how over priced this place is - totally a joke and a waste of money. The only good thing was the view. Would NOT recommend.

I had a king sweet they gave me something different a studio because the TV wasn’t working in my king suite and I was definitely disappointed when I got to the studio. The windows weren’t available to be seen so they only gave me one option was either to stay in the studio or leave and I already have plans booked in the neighborhood so .I couldn’t leave so I had to stay in the studio.

Nice room overall. We paid for the suite with the view but none of the blinds came up. It seemed they were either off the track or didn’t have a string. Bummer. Overall amenities and closeness to stores was nice though.
