The restaurants inside the hotel served good food. There is a breakfast buffet that is great too. The hotel itself is outdated; the wallpaper is old and peeling in areas, the room I stayed in had an old musty smell. The bed was not at all comfortable to me and the thermostat was not working properly; I was constantly feeling a cool draft in the room even with turning the heat up. I could be a little too judgmental but you can tell the hotel needs renovated. I would stay there again but only a night or two nights. It was my first time visiting Pittsburgh so maybe the other hotels downtown are just as outdated as this one.

The sheets had blood stains. No room service provided and after 4 nights the trash was overflowing. Small fruit flies were coming out the bathroom sink drain. The bathtub was clogged and drained water slowly.

Everything was great! Check in and check out was easy. The room was really clean and spacious. Everyone was nice and helpful. They have all types of snacks and drinks available 24/7 with a self check out kiosk, they also have medications which was very convenient for us. They also have a Starbucks!

Stay here every year for Steelers game in December. Perfect location for walk to the game with room having view of stadium and also being close walk to other areas of downtown and Market Square. Everytime I come the staff is pleasant, professional and friendly. The pool and hot tub are nice. The rooms are comfortable, clean and have a microwave, fridge, ironing board, iron and safe. The rooms are starting to become a tad bit dated and wallpaper in the hallways need some TLC in spots but still a great place to stay and will definitely be back next year. The bar/lounge staff is great and always great to see Amanda and Mona still there!! They are the best!!
