Wyndham says safety is a top priority yet we find a GOPRO facing the bed in our room. Compensation was trash because we got upgraded to a suite with horrible plumbing. Vallet couldn't find our keys for 20 minutes & also made us 20 minutes late to our event.

Really nice hotel and location. Arrived on a very busy day so the valet parking was a bit slow but for a valid reason. Views from the rooms are beautiful and very convienent to dining. Staff is wonderful, even allowed to me to extend my late checkout.

The front desk staff were wonderful, polite and friendly. The bar/restaurant is closed so the only option was a 24/7 little cafe. The parking situation was frustrating. You either park in an expensive public garage far away or you valet. We parked for valet after using the distant garage and found our car to be in the exact same spot in the morning, right out front on the curb. It was never moved or protected. And then we could not locate the valet attendant to get our key back. The front desk had to track them down which made us late. The window in our *small* room was filthy, covered in hand prints and smudges. Hairballs in the bathroom. There are too many hotel options in Pittsburgh to ever stay here again.
