The location was perfect for all we wanted to do. We walked to everything. We had no issues with the property (just some with neighboring rooms but security took care of it quickly). Some updating of showers should be done but it was very clean

This hotel is an old building. The public areas (Entry, conference rooms, pool, exercise) are all updated and excellent. The rooms are a bit shabby. We were quite disappointed with the condition of the room, and asked for an updated one. The second room was better, but not by much. Rooms are small and expect to see wall paper peeling, grout cracked and grungy, bathroom tiles missing, shower fixture that’s broken, etc.

The hotel itself is a bit dated, but it’s comfortable and in such an easy location if you’re going to a Steelers, Penguins, or pirates game. You really can’t beat the location! The staff is always very friendly and helpful. There are lots of places to eat in walking distance.
