The front lobby is beautiful and updated, but that’s where the beauty ends. The elevator’s were disgusting, we arrived to floor 23 to our “Jr Suite” to find a very outdated room, thankfully the mattresses/Linens felt clean,crispy and new. That’s about all the positives I can give. The bathroom was so outdated, wallpaper peeling near vanity, the bathtub and shower were absolutely disgusting, tile and grout with mold, missing caulking, broken “handicap “ shower head that was dangling covered in mold and mildew. Shower head cover in mold, had to door dash cleaning supplies and cheap flip flips for everyone to shower in. The pull out sofa was the original 1989 spring mattress that looked like a crime scene(no extra linens anywhere). We ordered an air mattress for my son to sleep on! Tried to call front, no answer. Walked down finally found the clerk and asked politely for more towels and extra linens(only had 3 towels,1 wash cloth and 1 hand towel for a 5 person room upon arrival). Towels show up, no linens. No one comes back, had to go back down at 11pm after 8 hrs of travel to ask again. The amount of money we spent for Sunday night there was ridiculous for the quality of what you actually provided upon check in. Will never return. The Cambria is the same price range and have better customer service by miles!

This hotel is in a great location but not worth my money. I paid way too much for a subpar experience. Our bed was broken upon check in. Broken to the point that you could walk into the room and look at it and see the wood broken in half touching the floor from the box spring! The phone did not work. I went back down to the lobby and was told someone would be up to look at it. They came promptly and also recognized the issue immediately. They said they needed to turn it over to housekeeping to fix it. Over two hours later, still nothing. I had to go back down and follow up. This time the person called around, confirmed that they did look at it earlier and housekeeping said they had no idea what was going on. The staff openly shared that this hotel was in horrible shape and co-workers were joking about getting sick so that they could leave. Another hour later someone finally showed up to fix the bed. WiFi did not work for our entire stay and the cleanliness was questionable at best. This experience was quite embarrassing.

Excellent location for a sports weekend!! Clean hotel. Friendly staff. No in room coffee and told it was being phased out so none available even on request. No housekeeping services even for a 3 night stay. I make my own bed at home so don’t want to do it when I’m paying $400 a night!

Rooms are in desperate need of a good cleaning. Black mold in shower. Dust in vents and on moulding. Rusty light fixtures. This stay we had shards of glass on the rug between the bed and the nightstand. The common area and check In are beautiful but rooms need an overhaul. Also Starbucks’s in the lobby had no milk or cream on a Sunday and wasn’t even open on a Monday
