Place was very noisy swearing and door slamming. Called desk 3 separate times. Situation was not rectified. Had to leave and pay for another hotel because I had to get up at 5 am to catch a flight.

To start off the smoke detector was hanging form the ceiling. The toilet was not secured to the floor. Bathroom shower faucet was loose and could be pulled from the wall. Parking lot was frozen over in ice from the prior nights ice storm and was not taken care of causing us to fall in parking lot and when notified the front desk of conditions the person behind the desk laughed and didn't seem to care. It was advertised having breakfast in the morning however they had no breakfast to serve in the breakfast area. I would highly not recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the Pittsburgh area.

Absolutely awful facility. I will never choose price again when choosing a hotel. Check in was slow. Ice machine broken. Rooms are like a shoe box. Gave us 2 towels. Bathtub was disgusting. No seating area outside at all, like not one bench or chair. Felt like we were trapped when the weather was 80 degrees outside. Had to leave early for a family emergency, hotel manager would not even consider a partial refund. Awful!!!!!!

Nice hotel

Pros: Close to the airport
The evening clerk did not schedule the van to t he airport like we asked her to do. Fortunately we were up early enough that it wasn't an issue.

Free Hotel Shuttle?

They advertise a free hotel shuttle. Which is try if you are coming from the airport. But don't except it when you are trying to go to the airport from the hotel. They tried to charge me $20 at the last minute or I would have missed my flight.
