I absolutely LOVE this hotel for my visit to Pittsburgh, Pa on September 13th-September 15th. The walkable area to the Gateway Clipper to Acrisure staduim for the game was very convenient. The restaurant inside the hotel provided for a Great Breakfast on Game Day and after game Dinner. Overall, my stay was simply OUTSTANDING! Upon my next visit to Pittsburgh, Pa - I will certainly stay at this fine hotel. I'm a Marriott Bonvoy Member! The Extra Customer Service efforts were Greatly Appreciated!!! Thumbs Up!!!

Only problem we experienced was getting out of the lot. The card was not processed for a second nights stay and required a trip back in to desk when we were leaving to correct this. Not a huge deal but perhaps something to correct for future guests with a short fuse.

The event was great unfortunately the rooms I had for me and my sister had issues. Right when I got there my fridge was leaking. They had it unplugged. And my sisters room The tv remote and bathroom We’re issues.

I recently stayed at this hotel with a group of 14 youth and reserved 8 rooms. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff went above and beyond to make everything smooth for us. Throughout our stay, the hotel staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The hotel was very clean, and the rooms were well maintained. The youth really enjoyed the pool and weight room, and we all appreciated the beautiful scenery and stunning view of the city — truly unbeatable! The only downside was that the coffee shop was closed during our visit, but aside from that, the experience was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel for its service, cleanliness, amenities, and welcoming staff.
