There were 2 flashing green lights from the smoke detectors that made it impossible to sleep. It felt as though I was experiencing a seizure due to the constant flashing. I see no reason why the lights had to constantly flash. It made the entire experience unbearable. It did not help that the staff said there was nothing they could do either. I will never stay here again,

Hotel was at a great location. Parking is tricky because you need your room key to open the gate to the lot, and you can’t park your car easily to get the room key. Breakfast was great but they shut it down at 10 am on the dot. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean. I would stay here again.

Staff was friendly. Shower was all out of body wash, advised the front desk twice before it was done. Lotion was put in, instead of body wash. Had to call again to finally have the body wash available.

Overpriced per night which I get for a Steelers game however room was dirty and bathroom wasn't clean. Shower curtain too high off the floor and bathroom flooded with each shower. Condoms left in the room by the prior guest. I travel to Pittsburgh often, doubt I will stay here again, especially for that price.

My stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Pittsburgh North Shore was outstanding. My room was very well made. The service was friendly. The breakfast was 10/10. The location was perfect. It is located in North Shore with so many great things to see and do nearby so I did a lot of walking. Any time I come back to Pittsburgh again, I'll always choose this hotel.
