Great hotel

We picked this hotel for its location to Citizen’s Bank Park and it was so great to walk the 10 minutes from the park back to our room and not have to sit in traffic. Our room was clean and comfortable. It had the BEST shower (height and water pressure) of any hotel we’ve ever stayed at. We didn’t gamble in the casino but we did eat at the sports restaurant and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. We look forward to staying here again.

Beautiful room with superb shower. Food and drinks at the facilities were extremely expensive. We were upcharged $8.00 for the ice in our 2 Baileys on the rocks drinks. The bartender was inattentive and borderline rude.

It is very convenient to the sports complexes in the area and a short walk to the bus terminal to catch a bus to down Philly. Soda and snack machines were out of order. No signs to let customers know they were not working.

Overnight stay

We booked this as a quick overnight stay for a concert we attended. The price was quite inflated due to it and don't feel the price matched the quality one would expect at that cost. Overall a decent hotel. It just didn't exceed anything more than a hotel room.

AC in room was broken asked guest services to have repaired twice and both times it only lasted a couple hours then went back to a hot room. How keeping never showed up to our on until after 6pm when we were back from being out all day then only gave towels and left beds untouched. Trash in hallways was still there the next day untouched by staff. Several staff barely spoke English to assist. One Bert overpriced breakfast option on site, $130 for two.

Comfy Stay at Live!

So pleased! The standard room felt luxurious! From the large sleeping area, large bathroom and vanity to the super soft sheets and firm but not too firm bed. Front desk staff was very friendly and check in was quick. Excellent location for the 5 minute walk to Citizens bank park and Lincoln Field. Felt completely safe during this stay.
