This is an extended stay facility that looks like it was an apartment complex at one point. It was nice! Only stayed one night, but very nice!

Eagles game getaway

Thai at the front desk was phenomenal! So helpful, kind and welcoming! The location is perfect for the airport or sports complex. This was my second stay and when in town I will stay again! Only con is the rods in the shower are not good, the shower curtain falls to the middle and the floor gets flooded.

when I first entered this property, I was very excited to see we had. The shower was completely dirty with dirt and fuzz and lint everywhere. Also, the knob for the shower fell off while I was trying to use it. Once you entered the suite, it smelled so strong like cigarettes

Staff was great, but kitchen was useless

The employees were very friendly and very helpful. They even allowed us an warly checkin. Complimentary breakfast was satisfying and appreciated! The hotel was clean and convenient. But the hotel is in desperate need of updating. The cabinetry was not only falling apart and laminate missing in spots, but could not even open the oven because the refrigerator jutted out too far. There was no plates or utensils, so the kitchen could not be used. But living area was a nicely sized room with a sofa and comfy chair with ottoman.

I will never stay here again.

I do not recommend. Though the property seemed in well shape and well maintained, this place is a facade; everything seems great but if you look carefully it is not. I gave 1 star in communication because it was never communicated to me in any way prior to check-in that I had to pay for parking! Also, I was not informed that besides paying for my stay I had to leave a deposit. I was asked to signed paperwork saying things such as "I was responsible to ask for a parking pass and display it or I could be charge for parking again", I felt like a second class citizen. I was not expecting too much of this place because of the price, but by the time I was done paying for parking and extra fees, I might as well had stay at the Double Tree. The place looks clean and well kept with the occasional used condom on the ground. The bed was comfortable, the room was roomy. The shower was a nightmare; No water pressure and it is so loud! I told them they're just wasting water in that room because the water didn't rise completely to the shower head, most of it was still coming out on the bottom, by the time I was done the tub was full of water. The faucet and shower head were loose. I could hear the next room shower of how loud it is. There were people outside shouting to each other obscenities 2 out of the 3 nights there. Breakfast is only a waffle maker, drinks and moldy muffins. Just spend the extra $50 some place else.
