Someone in housekeeping stole $250 cash from my room after i requested that nobody change my toiletries. They didnt change anything but the handtowels , left the bed unmade , didnt change anything else . On top of that the " new and improved breakfast menu " was reused 2x during my stay.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Nice bathroom, too. My only complaints were (1) the thermostat control didn't seem to work, and (2) the street noise traveled all the way up to my room.

The room was very cold and the heating was slow to warm it up. Cold air streamed in through the windows even though they were closed tightly. Our room was above an alley with numerous trash receptacles that were emptied into a garage truck at 3 in the morning each day. Valet parking was $70 plus tax per day. All in all not amazing.
