We were there for five days and had to ask to get the room serviced. And then had to ask again when they didn’t show up. Breakfast was packed and food was not good and cold. They had no towels and no extra sheets. Room was not ready at check in and had to wait two hours.

Honestly, the location was nice and the staff is great, but if you want to sleep without all the noise, make sure you book when there is nothing going on in the city. Between the tattoo convention and the eagles game, did not sleep for two nights.

The hotel is located in a great area close to bars and the readington market it was great! But I’m overall the hotel was very average and a little run down. The vent was making noise in the room as if there was a gear broken inside, the couch looked like it has a few stains and just feels old and used, crack tile in the bathroom and no throw away slippers which didn’t make sense since they have a pool. And yea the pool was great if you were lucky to not see any kids in it if not you pretty much are swimming in piss. Not totally the hotels fault but maybe extend the hours of the pool to 12 or 1am to let adults enjoy it

The pool needs cleaning or an upgrade. Alison the shower extra in the room needs updated. Because there was mold and the water is tearing the walls up.

There was an issue that someone made an extra key to one of our rooms & ENTERED when they “thought” we were away but a couple chose to stay behind and witnessed it. It was very disruptive to our comfort for this stay.

Great Spot for Visiting

The staff were so friendly and helpful, the accommodation itself was very clean and very comfortable, and the location couldn't be beat. I will definitely use these suites again when I return to Philly!
