I had a wonderful stay at the Sofitel Philadelphia. The hotel perfectly combines French elegance with modern comfort. The location is excellent—central, convenient, and ideal for both business and leisure. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and very comfortable, with high-quality bedding that ensures a great night’s sleep. The staff was professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout my stay, always ready to help with a smile. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is refined yet relaxed, making it a great place to stay in Philadelphia. Our room was not well cleaned. For example: Toothpaste splatter from last guests still on the mirror in the bathroom. Also, the room smelled like dog or cat. Even the bedding itself did not feel or smell fresh to us. We've been coming here for the last 15 years and likely will look for a different hotel next time.
