Our bathroom door was off the track so it wouldn’t close, but everything else was in really great condition and very clean and comfortable. I told the hotel about the door but unfortunately it was Sunday evening and they didn’t have anyone there to fix it, which is totally understandable. They were all very nice though and we did like the room and the location.

We stayed two nights and our room was left dirty and unkept. We came to beds unmade and dirty towels. We stayed at the Aloft in other states and I have to say this has been the worse experience we’ve had so far. Also, valet parking for $65 a night is sacrilegious!

LOBBY AREA was very modern and like the activity options. Bartender Q made great drinks and great service. whatever scent is used in the hall wish was used in the rooms. can tell there has been an update to rooms but door are paper thin and hall noise can be annoying.

Our favorite place to stay in Philly. Walking distance to most major attractions or quick subway ride to sporting events & concert venues. Rooms are comfortable and lobby area has activities for all ages. Starbucks in building and quick walk to Reading Terminal Market.

I liked that we could get a bite to eat for breakfast/lunch and dinner at the hotel even though the choices were sparse. I liked that we could find cheap parking 2 blocks away. That being said, I was disappointed there wasn't a pool. This hotel wouldn't be my choice in the summer.
