Our room was exceptional, the view alone was incredible! This hotel is located in a perfect spot, an easy walk to the market for all the different foods you can imagine and several restaurants nearby. We were able to walk to the Chinatown area and see the liberty bell and snap some photos of all the amazing artworks, some of them in the most unexpected spots! I love Philadelphia and this hotel encaptures it's history and beauty while still being a modern and safe place to come home to after a day of exploration.

Rooms dirty, carpets nasty, bar/restaurant dirty, napkins used on the floor, plastic forks on the floor, dirty dishes everywhere, first night arriving at our room, opening elevator door a kick in our face with weed smell! YES weed!!! When first the hotel is smoking free and 2nd, weed is not allow by law in Philadelphia!! I rather pay more for a hotel with better standards and services. The only 3 things I can say this place is OK, one, they have ground level a starbucks (coffee machines at the room are nasty), pillows and beds are comfortable.

The staff was awesome! The valet, to the receptionist to the bar tender, to the housekeeper. Every single interaction we had during our stay was met by extremely friendly, helpful staff. I would stay again just for that. All of those men deserve a bonus. It’s hard to go ANYWHERE nowadays and have such friendly encounters.

From check in to check out it was disappointing, They offer valet parking, but neglect to tell you if you have an suv you need to find parking else where. Had to find a parking garage to fit my vehicle luckily there are a few near by. We were their for a wedding, check in was at 3 we didn’t get into our room until 4pm, then we get into our room and it was 86 degrees, we were all so hot and made it very hard to get ready and we had to do it quickly because we had to leave the hotel at 4:30 for our 5 o’clock wedding Needless to say 4 people getting ready for a wedding was a complete cluster f#ck. When we checked out I had relayed to the gentleman how hot our room had been , and for the future guests, not to have it that hot. And for everything we went through not one apology.. Very disappointing
