The hotel seems very old and not well kept. My room smelled horrible. Like a smoker had been living in there for awhile.

Called twice before we checked in to confirm our late check in and there would be a crib in one of the rooms. No crib! Asked twice after we checked in. No crib! Gave up at 1:00am. Rooms smelled and were so humid the carpet felt wet. I can’t say anything good about this hotel, other then it is right outside the airport.

We got in late and were greeted warmly upon check in. Hotel room was clean and pretty standard double. Beds were on the firmer side, but not bad. It was a little noisy being in such close proximity to the airport. The breakfast was just ok. Overall it was a good stay. Nothing that stands out good or bad. Just a pleasant night in a clean hotel.

Friendly staff, nice room, easy to get to airport

The hotel staff were so friendly and patient when my flight home was delayed by several hours. The driver for the shuttle to and from the airport made me laugh and was professional. The room was very nice and had everything i needed. Would definitely stay here again if I have another early flight from Philadelphia Airport!

First day we arrived, pool was open, by the second day, it was closed unexpectedly...no announcements, nothing. I just happened to ask for an extra towel and the manager replied, “oh the pool is closed indefinitely.” No explanation. The reason we chose this less than stellar room was as because of the indoor pool. I need the pool to do PT as well as swimming/water aerobics for some pain management. Plus the room was small, maybe a two and a half star.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The ice machine was broke the whole night, on New Year’s eve. The staff was rude they came knocking on our door at 11:30 telling of that check out is at 11:00, However they have 12 o’clock posted on the door and on their website. Oh in the refrigerator didn’t get cold in till we was checking out the next day.

Overnight stay before flight out of PHI airport

No sound proofing from either the room next door or hallway. Bad smell in the room. Sheets were creased. Pillows uncomfortable. Window air conditioner noisy. Would not recommend or stay again. For the price I would have expected a much more superior room.

Room was comfortable, parking slightly limited but adequate, hot breakfast included with the cost of the room.
