I wish I could give it a zero My stay at doubletree this weekend wasn't the best. I had to be switched to a different room because the rooms weren't clean had red stuff all over the floor and walls. The tube was brown and still had soap in it. I have stayed at doubletree before and this has been by far the worst one. The room they changed me too had ( BLOOD) on the comforter. I let the front desk staff know but no one came. Good thing I had my own little blankets with me. Also I know this maybe nothing you can do but the room above us or next to us you can hear EVERYTHING from conversations to them having intercourse. I wanted to check out Friday but no one had rooms available because of the holiday and the eagles playing but I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. I was even told misleading information when I first checked in and when I came back downstairs to inform the front desk of the problems I was having I over heard the lady telling the gentleman that was checking in about your deposit and parking I spoke up and said thank you you because I wasn't told ANY of that information earlier today and they said sorry. I just wish it was cleaner and all staff members are told the same information when checking customers in.

Doubletree was great, very friendly staff. I love the security feature on elevators. Their sheets, wash clothes and towels are always white. King size bed is very comfortable. Doubletree gets my stay everytime I visit home.

No room was old and used...The bed was fantastic. The sheets were beautiful they were crispy they were tightly made it was wonderful You could tell that someone had been sitting on the air conditioner and had placed their sugary drinks on top because it was sticky The tub was rusty at the drain the dressers were nasty and they had no cart to take care bag for boxing out to your car So my husband actually used a luggage car which is just a dolly with a handle under the Hilton name wowrusted around the 0
