The cookies were a surprise & they were delicious. The staff members were super super helpful with anything and everything we asked of them. The woman working breakfast especially! The bed & pillows were very comfortable, which usually isn't the case in most hotels. There was a pool, sports bar down stairs & a cafe. We will most definitely stay here again when we have a flight.

Furniture scratched, door jambs coming off, bathroom heater not working, main heater/air conditioner rattling and unable to shut off, slapdash solutions for fixing problems, stains on upholstery and carpets—they say they’re planning renovations, but it seems a crime to charge full price for rooms in that shape!
