Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing due to repeated service failures. Upon check-in, I was told my luggage would be taken to my room, but it never arrived. After waiting nearly three hours and calling multiple times, I was forced to retrieve it myself. I also requested a rollaway bed at check-in, yet it wasn’t delivered until almost 8:00 PM. The following day, my room was not cleaned and no fresh towels were provided. When I called to request towels, I waited over an hour to receive them. Each time I approached the front desk, I was told they were “really busy,” despite there being no line or visible crowd. At checkout, I was informed of a parking fee that was never disclosed during check-in. When I questioned this, the staff member was rude and dismissive, stating that it was “listed on the website.” Additionally, I was never provided with Wi-Fi information upon check-in. Overall, the lack of communication, poor service, and unprofessional interactions made this stay extremely frustrating and not worth the cost.

Staff was way too busy, despite many attempts to ask for room service, it was never done. Check in was more than an hour late, requests for towels took hours, and they called late at night - past 10pm and woke our sleeping children to “check in” on our stay. Very strange and very unfortunate as we LOVED the location and amenities and wanted to come back! But likely will not due to the service :(

I would say the staff stood out the most from the front desk, housekeeping, our bar server and valet. The view from the room was nice. It just sucked that it snowed on my Birthday Weekend.

The brunch experience was not what I would have expected from The Logan. The server did not check on us once during the meal and I had to flag her down for a mimosa. The eggs Benedict ordered by my guest and myself were terrible...and I've never had bad eggs Benedict. The bread was extremely dry and the ham was sliced tavern ham not a typical Canandian bacon. It was cold, almost like a deli sandwich. After writing to the GM to express my overall disappointment, she responded promptly and offered to refund a portion of the bill. I was pleased and intended to write a very positive review, however, it has been over 2 weeks and I've had to make 4 attempts through a 3rd party for the refund to be issued. Finally, when I thought the refund had been processed, I was charged again for the amount that was to be credited. I never write negative reviews, but the experience was just lacking in so many ways...
