Our second time staying at Loews Philadelphia and both stays have been wonderful. Clean, comfortable, walkable area, dining options, and close to a train station. Great gym facility as well. Employees at Bank & Bourbon attached to the hotel were very friendly. Hostess was very personable. Hope to be back!

Having done a lot of research, I ended up choosing the is hotel for my stay, and I’m so glad I did. It was my first trip to the USA, I specifically came just to see Metallica. This hotel has an excellent location, staff are absolutely wonderful and go above and beyond for you - I want to really thank each staff member I spoke with, you’re doing amazing! I was recommended places to eat, how to get around, etc. Trains are easy to use and Uber is always easily available. The hotel is absolutely beautiful-very well taken care of, clean and so welcoming. My room was large , wonderful and very very enjoyable to stay in. Anything I asked for or was unsure of, I got the help I need. In conclusion, I absolutely loved my stay - even though there were issues that happened that was completely my fault, I got the help I needed and the staff pretty much saved my life. If and when I come back to Philly, I will definitely come here. Beautiful, wonderful, enjoyable and an excellent experience- thank you so, so much. I really can’t recommend this place highly enough, thank you all !

Overall very good w/ a few little annoyances.

Everything was fine. A few small things. They do not give you complimentary bottles of water in the room. They have $8 bottles of Fiji. Reception downstairs has a pitcher for water, but only after about 11 am or so and there are no vending machines. The outlets in the lobby at the communal tables also did not have electricity. Annoying little things for an expensive hotel.
