Sadly, after looking forward to traveling once again, this trip was a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!! We chose the Hilton due to their high cleaning standards, yet this is not accurate! The first hotel room we were given was not cleaned. There was a soda can near the bed, hair on the toilet, thick dust and some brown stain on the lamp. You have to take three elevators to get from the attached parking garage to the hotel room floor. The hotel restaurant had dirty plates, a limited menu with overpriced items! Trying to call the front desk was a joke, range 20 times with no answer. DO NOT SATY AT THE HILTON PHILADELPHIA AT PENN'S LANDING!!! HORRIBLE HOTEL!!!

Don’t book through Travelocity. They never pass my reservation on to the hotel. When my family and I arrive if we had no room in the hotel was sold out. Great way to start a vacation.

It’s located in a central place. Shopping and sightseeing, event centers and entertainment was near the hotel. It had the best views. I would recommend it to anyone.
