Our bathroom did not have an exhaust fan in it, parking on Saturday night was a mess, we had to park in valet parking because the regular spots for residents were full. The area at Penns Landing is very busy, as far as tourist and locals enjoying the area. Overall we enjoyed ourselves though other than those areas that I discussed.

I liked that it was located on the river. I didnt like that the furniture had holes in it, the furniture was also dusty, and the bathroom smelled like urine.

We stayed at two hotels during our ten day stay. One was the Marriot Downtown, and the other was this one. They were totally different and each had its own vibe. This one was kind of isolated, very quiet, and not crowded even though there was some kind of conference there. The place shuts down after 9 or ten. I tried to get a drink and there was no place to get one. It was nice and clean and I would stay there again.

The staff was friendly and attentive, which I appreciated. However, I found the room's quality to be lacking, especially considering the per night price tag. While my stay was pleasant, I expected more value for the cost.

Beautiful hotel right on the water. Loved walking around Penn’s Landing, food in restaurant was amazing and everyone was friendly. Room was clean and the view from room was amazing. Loved the indoor pool. Will be back.

The bathroom is outdated showerhead has no pressure. The iron had rust stains the bed was suppose to be a king bed buts really a queen bed. I called the lobby 5 times and no answer went to the lobby and there was no one to talk to after waiting 15min they said they cant do anything about it. The pool was closed for maintenance went with kids so they could not use the pool. Terrible stay for the weekend.
