The staff was very welcoming from the time we pulled up to the door. Our room was beautiful. The view was great as was the location. You can walk to attractions and a restaurant or food court.

The area , hotel and room itself was clean . However , after traveling all day , I went to check in and had issues with my card ( my bank ALWAYS denies purchases outside of my home state) . Fine . My boyfriend used his . His was denied as well. He transferred more money , thinking that was the issue possibly , denied again. So he offered cash . We were given a difficult time about the cash even though they said they would accept it . The manager was NOTHING BUT RUDE to us and was treating us as if we were using cards that didn’t belong to us . After dealing with that , she didn’t even tell us where our room was located , give us any details about the dining on property , parking or where the pool was located . We had to figure that all out for ourselves . I will not stay at this property again because of the assistant managers poor attitude . Check out was the same way , rolling her eyes and acting as if we were asking too much from her to check out .

Hilton at Penn’s Landing

I really enjoyed this hotel. The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Right next to hotel were some food truck vendors, a great park area for all ages and a beautiful view of the river. The hotel is also near the historic area of the old city, within walking distance for most. The city shuttle is also easily accessible nearby.

This place is great especially if you are going to see a show in Camden. Convenient to the ferry and Penn's Landing and Harbor Park which has so many things to do. The pool was open until midnight which was great because we were able to use after the show. Staff was super friendly and helped us find food late night after the show. Room was clean and very comfortable. Have stayed here when it was the Hyatt but like it much better now as the Hilton!

Spacious bathroom and a very cozy, comfortable bed. We were located by the elevator, and it was extremely quiet. Staff was very informative and nice!

Valet parking was not efective and more expensive than other locations. I arrived and no one asked me if i needed a valet or bell boy.
