The room was great. The location is great. The staff were excellent. The only negative was the poor service at the restaurant. Two of the four meals I ate at the restaurant I had to wait a ridiculous amount of time to get seated and get my food.

My overall experience at the hotel was excellent. The staff was friendly and willing to help to ensure my stay was pleasant and welcoming. The room was cleaned and organized.

1. The thermostat on the wall didn't work and it was extremely cold. When I called the front desk, I was told they were booked and I could come down to get a blanket. 2. The wall near the mirror in the bathroom was extremely dirty and pipes under the sink were covered with nasty covers. 3. It took several minutes before water drained in the bathroom sink.
