Hotel is lovely. Spotless and in a perfect location. My only complaint is that that street noise carried all the way up to the 17th floor and it was loud with sirens, shouting, and even what sounded like drag racing in the early hours. I would stay here again, but with a little white noise to cover the excitement outside.

Very clean and roomy accommodations! Love the location by DelFrisco’s Steak house. Only recommendation would be a safety rail in the shower. Otherwise it was a great stay!

Very good room, friendly service, breakfast was fine. Problem was that shortly after getting into the room, a housekeeper, without knocking, opened the door and started to come into the room. She realized her mistake, said "Sorry," and closed the door. There are no "Do Not Disturb" signs, so that wasn't possible, but the housekeeper could and should have known that the room was occupied. The other problem was that at midnight, after I had gone to sleep, someone again tried to open the door. At this point I had put the door blocker in place, but if it had not been there, the person would have entered my room. I have no idea who it was. In the morning when I left the room, someone had hung a plastic bag with a towel inside it on the outside door handle. Very strange and very unnerving. Not sure what happened, but it was not a pleasant experience. I cannot believe it was a staff person that did this, so it's very confusing. There definitely need to be "Do not Disturb" door hangers, though this may not have mattered if someone was trying to break into the room.

I wish there was someone to actually check me out on departure . The lady was distracted watching tv and just asked for my room number and said I will receive an email. I had two rooms and wanted to pay for all parking on my bill. Then I texted the valet to bring my car, waited well beyond the response time and the attendant came out surprised that I was standing there. Asked for my ticket number and only then did I get my car. I know early morning hours are tough regarding staffing, but it was a huge inconvenience all around.
