The location was convenient, as it was only a short Uber ride from where I needed to be each day, and there was free parking directly in front of the unit but it came with a free parking space not too far away as well. The self check-in process was also very easy, with clear and detailed instructions. The front desk were always very friendly as well.However, the unit itself was not very clean. There was a noticeable musty/feet odor throughout the apartment, especially in the bedroom. The baseboards and floors were visibly dusty and crumbs on the kitchen floor, the sponge had food residue on it, there were small hairs and used floss picks in the bathroom on both the floor and bathtub, and the dryer had so much lint in the compartment and dried up paper that got all over our clothes.It was also a bit strange to find a doorbell camera directly outside the unit next to the doorknob that was not disclosed in the listing…not an issue but it should be disclosed. This was a last-minute booking but given the price and level of cleanliness compared to other bookings in Philly, we probably won’t book again.
