It's a nice hotel, but it was frustrating trying to get the shuttle from the airport. There was no indication that I was supposed to call and let them know to come pick me up. I only figured that out after I was frustrated enough to call. That's when I found out that I was supposed to let someone know to come pick me up. I'm fine with doing that, but I need to be told that I have to do that.

Convenient hotel close to Philadelphia International Airport. Shuttle service at pickup was slow. Breakfast bar was closed down due to mechanical issues when we were there.

The rooms are great having just undergone a refurb. The staff especially the one doing the evening meal/bar service left a lot to be desired. Took ages and kept disappearing out back for half an hour at a time and clearly didn’t want to be there. Stock management is also an issue in the bar, none of the wines advertised were available, those that were ran out after one glass and at lunchtime ran out of English breakfast tea. Shuttle can be full especially if you are at one of the later terminals,had to wait over an hour and then it was full of people who parked their car at the hotel only.

Everything was really nice from the staff to the rooms and the cleanliness. Only thing it was not a lot around but very conveniently located by the airport. I would definitely stay again.

Thomas, who checked us in last Sunday night, was welcoming and polite. We booked a one night stay Sunday night after we were stranded in Philadelphia by American Airlines. It was a stressful travel but the free airport shuttle was a relief. Pick up is every 30 min. Rooms are spacious, clean, and quiet. They have toiletries per request.
