I thought it was terrible that you were charged an additional upfront $200 incidental fee that was then going to be eventually refunded of you didn’t have any additional fees. Also there was absolutely no parking anywhere so if you had a car they wanted $57.50 to park you car overnight which I thought was absolutely insane!!

A lot of noise from doors slamming. Hallways not cleaned regularly. There was a crushed piece of pretzel in the hallway by my door for the entire stay. Syreeta the hostess was very kind, wish she was in a better hotel equal to her skills.

First - the evening rep that checked me in was amazing. He was very pleasant and it was quite a busy time so taking those few extra minutes to welcome us was really nice and appreciated. And the doormen at this location were also amazing! I loved how they interacted with the guests and were very welcoming and kind!

The property was a good deal for the cost. Breakfast was decent and the room was comfortable and clean. The only issue was that we reserved a ling bed months in advance, but once we got there, there wasn't a king available. How does that happen if we reserved it?
