Check in was fast and easy. Manager at front desk helped speeding up check in process. Desk staff was also helpful and cleared misunderstanding professionally. Would stay there again next time. Parking lot was getting close to its capacity during our weekend stay, but we had no problem finding a spot.

Needs improvement

This hotel is very sad. The shower door did not slide and would not stay closed while showering. The room was very dated. The staff were noisy while cleaning. One of the doors they use would slam shut starting early in the morning. The room had a very musky smell. The breakfast was not good! The coffee was horrible. The elevators were not cleaned the three days we were there! There were only 2 handicap parking spaces. We were allowed to park in the ‘diamond’ reserved spots. The staff was really nice and helpful. The lobby and breakfast area was very clean

Great location for Philadelphia sporting events - we easily walked to the Wells Fargo Center for a 76ers game to avoid pre and post-game traffic. Comfortable room for a family of 4. Morning coffee was poor and nearby dining options are limited. However, all the 'big Philly' sites are just a short drive away.
