Convenient, interesting area, all that was needed for the night. We stayed for a night to attend a concert. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. It is a noisy area no matter what floor you are on (I sleep with earplugs though). Breakfast was a nice surprise. Parking was cheaper than other hotels and lots in the city. Staff was accommodating. Hallways, carpets are a little dingy but not a deal breaker.

I enjoyed getting to see what Chinatown was like and eat in some fabulous Chinese restaurants. The hotel was very convenient and the staff was pleasant.

I had to tighten up the screws on the top lock and also the panel of the door where the door handle is, otherwise someone could of easily pushed the door in. There was a $200 deposit, besides the normal price, I don't know why, because the room was small and not that great. I pull the shade on the window and my view was a wall.

The staff was wonderful- the window in you room wouldn’t close - being in the city it didn’t make for the quietest night - so f we were staying more then one night I would have said something. Overall nice stay.

The room was bigger than expected. Staff was super friendly. The bed was like heaven. The breakfast choices were great. I was thrilled with my stay.

I know it is a problem in the area but there was a girl who who obviously just shot up when we checked in( you could see the marks on her arm and that it was recent and passing out, someone picked her up..that night coming back she was right outside with someone. The rest of the experience was good, not perfect as the beds were very soft which my husband had issue with, older building look so it can really use an upgrade but they keep it very clean to make the best of it. Their parking is a great deal price wise but also very full so we almost didn't get a spot which would have been a disaster..may willingly pay a little more next time for one with its own indoor parking structure. Spitting distance to Chinatown makes for easy dinners and an easy walk to the convention center was perfect for us
