For some strange reason GPS takes to the Employee entrance, which is not accessible to the public. Pool wasn’t heated and needed a bit of cleaning. Otherwise, our stay was excellent. Staff was friendly, Facility was clean. Room was comfortable.

Efficiency and kindness with a smile
I came in with a broken arm on a very busy night at 9:30 PM. The staff quickly accommodated me and my additional needs. They helped me feel at ease, not adding to the frustrations I quickly feel with use of only one arm. I truly appreciated their efficiency and kindness.

The area outside the hotel entrance was a bit shady & didn’t feel safe but the hotel is great inside and we appreciated the early check in. It was odd that there was no hand soap in the bathroom and an employee confirmed as much - that should come standard with every room reservation since most people do not pack that!

They were unable to handle the large crowd. Our shower was overflowing and they didn’t answer the phone so I had to go to the desk. The valet also didn’t answer the phone and it took 30 minutes to take the car

Amazing Stay
Amazing stay - we were back in my hometown for WrestleMania and unknowingly booked the same hotel the wrestlers were staying at. All staff members we came across were very polite and helpful and we loved everything - specifically the room and fitness center. Perfect location downtown just east of City Hall and right across the street from Reading Terminal Market and the PA Convention Center. Would definitely look to stay here again if in town for future events.

Overall my experience was fine, however I want to check out late and ask the front desk and was deny. I don't understand then what is the purpose of being a member and I couldn't check out later - It would of been great if I could check out late especially since I had a 2hour drive and was traveling with my child
