5/5 Stars – Absolutely Perfect Stay at the Marriott Philadelphia! I cannot say enough good things about my experience at the Marriott in Philadelphia! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and valued — every interaction was warm, professional, and genuinely caring. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, the amenities were top-notch, and the city views were stunning. Every detail, from the luxurious linens to the perfectly stocked toiletries, was thoughtfully prepared. The hotel’s location is fantastic — right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore historic landmarks, great restaurants, and local attractions. Plus, the on-site dining was a highlight; the food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. What stood out most was the atmosphere — it felt like true hospitality. Every corner of the hotel, from the lobby to the fitness center, radiated quality and care. I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and already looking forward to my next visit. The hotel elevators were unbelievably egregious. Everytime I tried to go into one, they were always packed with people, and they stopped at every single stop. I've been through countless elevators -- Chicago, China, you name it -- but never have I ever been through elevators this horrendous. At one point, after 14 or so minutes of waiting, we found the elevator just wouldn't show up. 16 flights of stairs down to the base level. I wouldn't wish such an experience on the man I hate most.

The people are the best part of Marriott. Everyone we encountered was incredibly accommodating. Marriott should, however, address their towels, as the ones provided to us have seen better days. Additionally, there's a sign in the bathroom asking to reuse the towels and not a single hook to hang them up. Overall, you are paying for the area not the amenities at the hotel.

Busy hotel when they have conventions. Room was ok, noisy AC unit. And getting to my room was a challenge when your waiting for an elevator when there’s only one of two working. You pay to park, nothing is included. The pool is way smaller than it looks online. Was expecting a little more than I got.

I was unfairly charged by $13.99 for wifi that I never used, and the hotel couldn’t provide any proof or explanation. The staff was unhelpful and dismissive when I raised the issue—very disappointing experience.

The hotel is good with great location but a bit chaotic likely because of multiple meetings.the water pressure was low. The parking is more expensive than other places, and no breakfast comes with the reservation.

So many places to see. Liberty bell was only 12 minutes walk!! It was so cool Alot of food options at market place. And if you dont want to leave the hotel. They have arcade, pool, dining and even dunkin donuts. So yes i would definitely be staying there again
