We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay minus the one employee was far from customer friendly. We can down with our son daughter Inlaw and 2 year old granddaughters to have breakfast. When we asked where it would be served she very rudely said that there would be no breakfast That morning because the server didn’t show up and that it was NOT her problem( not that anyone said it was) on the same day as more family was arriving for the wedding(the reason we were staying there) one of the guests who hadn’t seen the 2 year old twins in a while was excited to see them and was talking to the girls. The same employee at the desk(let me point out that NOONE else was waiting to be checked in) again very rudely said to the elder woman ma’am I need your information for check in. The hotel was clean , great location, convenient and comfortable. This one employee with more than one rude response really turned us off. It was as very unnecessary. The fact that all the guests had to leave the hotel and seek breakfast elsewhere was also very inconvenient, especially when you are on wedding festivity schedules.

This hotel is a rip off! We booked a two night stay, and during our check in we were mislead that the parking at the hotel was free. PARKING IS NOT FREE. IT IS AN ADDITIONAL $40 PER NIGHT! AND THEY CHARGE A $50 “INCIDENTAL” fee whether you like it or not! Beware of all the “hidden charges” at the end of your stay.

The rooms are lovely and super clean. The reception area is beautiful and the staff are friendly and helpful. We loved that we could walk to many attractions, shopping, and restaurants. We will definitely return on our next trip.
