Do Not stay at this property. The scammed me out of over $1000 due to not being able to make my reservation due to a family death. Expedia tried and called the hotel directly based on our circumstances and they refused to refund us or issue us credit to use at another time. Do not reserve at a hotel like this. The property and room were nice and in a great walkable location for pretty much everything. The front desk staff was not so great, upon checking the man behind the counter barely spoke to us. Did not explain cleaning was every other day nor give us any information on parking even after asking. Just said park in the lot next door. We had to come back and ask about paying for parking and the in and out privileges. Upon check out the other person behind the counter was less than friendly and said 2 words to us. I usually don’t comment on these things but it was just so unfriendly I wanted to mention it. Otherwise the hotel was really nice

Very quiet hotel. City view from room was amazing at night. Walkable city, variety of restaurants, river cruises, casino, stadiums for baseball and football. Especially loved the Duquesne Incline great way to see the entire cityscape. Lots to do and see! Thank you Pittsburgh 🖤⚾️💛
