The experience was miserable. The bathroom was freezing temperature. Not an exaggeration. We dealt with it for 3 nights. It was never fixed, extremely uncomfortable. 3 night stay was $950, They took off $25. What a joke! My daughter and wife froze.

Clean room, breakfast was order from menu but some was precooked and not very tasty. Parking garage was made for only small cars hard to maneuver in garage to park and just drive in/out. Thought for a Hilton it would be better instead comparable to Hampton Inn and they don’t charge for parking or breakfast

The Expedia description indicates that there is a shuttle, but there is not a shuttle and they haven’t had a shuttle for quite a while. There are no amenities and a few furniture is very outdated and worn, although it is in a good location for restaurants. Brittany, one of the front desk reservationist was very helpful and friendly, which was a positive.
